I believe there is proof online that the sumerian tablets are real. I just can't reach it because the capability of my device is limited. Ofness has already provided pictures of the tablets on this thread. I believe that is enough proof. You should try and refute the proofs that are already available.

My personal point of view is that both the bible and sumerian tales are nothing more than myths. I'm not defending anyone.

I had the same problems too with my other account. Anytime I posted a comment, the page would reload without the message. It was annoying.

Truth. And myth is often exagrerrated truth. Jesus might have existed but the virgin birth, miracles and signs are all an exagerration. If not, they would be easily replicated in modern times. How come god only performed miracles to primitive people and only in a certain part of the earth?

5. God is a creator/designer . You are a product of his work - through procreation . Is it difficult to understand ?

"God did it" is a theistic excuse for "I don't know". Is it difficult to understand?

There are several. Let's start with the fact that it talks about a supreme god that likes suya and has anger management issues. That's usually the foundation of myth.

And the fact that god has chosen to play hide and seek since creation. God and the tooth fairy are in the same league save for the fact that the tooth fairy is not taught as truth or worshipped.

First of all, the context of ifeness' presentation is not to present the sumerian story as truth but only to explain that it is an older text than the Christian text and also to compare the similarities between that story and the story of genesis in order to prove that the Christian story is only the by product of another myth.

I'm on my phone now and I can't really do much research as regards the truth of the story but hey, I don't see you presenting any Christian article or any article for that matter disproving the authenticity of the story.

Besides, I'm personally not interested in either story. As far as I'm concerned, they are both myth and should only be read for pleasure and not taken seriously.

I had the same vision some nights ago. There was a large trumpet sound that could be heard everywhere in the world. People who didn't have their phones, laptops and other earthly possessions immediately started levitating towards heaven. The sky opened up and the lord Jesus was seated at his throne while angel Michael and angel Gabriel were standing by his left and right hand side.

As I floated towards heaven, I could hear the beautiful music coming from heavens as the angels praised and sang songs of praise and worship to the lord. Everyone that qualified for rapture were given a flying horse with a sword and we change our earthly cloths for white flowing robes.

There was a sound and we were told to banquet hall which was lined with fruits, vegetables and different food with lots of red wine. God himself sat at the top of the dining table while Jesus sat at the other end. We all ate and sang to the Lord.

After the banquet, Jesus called out to me and asked me to follow him. He showed me tall mansions and I could strange but beautiful animals. Then he took me to one giant mirror and I could see all the sinners burning in hell fire. Their screams were loud and they all wailed but it was too late.

Then the lord told me, go and tell the people of the world that whoever read this bullsh*t and believed any word of it needs to get his head examined.

Christians are the best at ridiculing their own religion. No one does it better
