I single handedly recruited my own team, and led a project of $350 million to completion. My own team, that I recruited personally generates more than $5 million monthly for my company and please know, that I asked them "silly" questions during the interview stages.

I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a change advocate and process driver (am not sure you know what that means) For you record, there's not more than 20 ASQ certified Black Belts in the whole of Nigeria. So, do you still think I need your training?

If you're jobless, email me and I'd arrange an interview for you. Pls, be warned, I will only ask silly questions. The more silly I get, the more your chances of getting a job from me.

lol so why are you telling me your acheivements. Your criteria for recruitment is silly and there's nothing u can say to defend that. The fact that some employees didn't mind doesn't mean u did ur job right. You possibly would have been generating 10 billion annually if you recruited in a more professional manner.

From the way you communicate its pretty obvious you may be having personality issues, see how you came personal on me like you know who i am. I replied you in an objective manner without reffering to 'your person' but your best mode of reply is to go emotional. Hmmn..

Very funny how we all want to be employed but are not willing to answer simple questions. If I had a company and I'm willing to recruit new guys, I certainly will ask questions, regarded as "dumb" by candidates. These "dumb" questions are simply meant to test you psychological limits, how far you can stretch emotionally, and also to see if you've got anything to hide.

It is not an offence, neither is it "personal" to ask candidates if he/she takes alcohol, even though the job has nothing to do with alcohol. I wouldn't employ a dirty drinker, or someone who feels relationship questions are personal, and should not be asked in interviews. If I wanted to recruit for a certain position, I will go as far as asking silly questions, to see how the candidate would handle issues in a tight situation, especially if the situation has to do with his/her ego. I will never employ someone who gets angry at the slightest push, thereby making me lose clients and customers.

I once attended one interview and the HR guy asked what I was doing in school that I graduated with 2:2 when my mates were breezing past 2:1. Well, I blew it and asked him; "what was your own grade"? and I did lose the Job that would have gotten me 275K monthly as at 2009.

Bottom line: Be humble, be patient, answer all questions like your close pally asked you. With that, it will seem normal and they will even love you for being so natural, and the job will be yours.

Surely you will only get "dullards" as employees and will lose the best employees because of bad mouth. In the end your organisation wouldn't be able to thrive well because ur criteria for selection is silly. No one should be asked stupi.d questions because u want to offer them a job. You need training on personnel management

The most important thing is that she is a certified accountant. While u are saying Anan is inferior, an Acca student can be saying ican is inferior. A CFA student will say u all are doing nonsense . A certified risk professional will say even CFA is a joke.

So let's just respect what people are doing, not everyone can be as intelligent as you are.

My Msc is from Bayero university Kano,is it in a reputable university abroad?

No, by reputable i mean schools with high learning facilities and rated reasonably high. I don't think any Nigerian University fall in this category.

Meanwhile, in other related thread,you said the Bsc applied accounting attached to ACCA qualification is no longer recognized by any Nigerian university! So, what about Msc professional accountancy awaded to ACCA Member by University of london. As you know adding this university of london's thing in CV career is very ...... But what about recognition?

Am not sure i said "for sure" that they are no longer recognised. They ideally should be recognised because you get the degree because you have met the criteria for getting the degree. There is no doubt that employers will cherish the university of london Msc, except they are just trying to be unnecessarily skeptical. No nigerian msc degree in Accounting will give you better skill that Acca professional papers and your dissertation to University of London.

However, do you know how much seacron Nigeria exchange naira per £1 please?

As at October 31, it was 410/GBP, i expect that they must have reviewed it upwards this month.

Depending on where you got ur Bsc and Msc your exemption will vary. If ur Bsc is from nigeria, u will get exemption for f1-f4. If from UK or other Universities of high standard, u will get exemption for f1-f9. Your Msc in Nigeria should grant u an exemption for f1-f9. If its in a reputable university abroad, you should get exemption for virtually all papers.

The idea is that completing the skill module, is equivalent to getting a Bsc in accounting from a Very Good university (e.g Oxford Brookes). Completing the whole Acca papers is equivalent to getting a masters from a high standard university (e.g University of London).

Check the Exam fees section in your portal, you will find your amount due. However u can just pay the £32 equivalent through Seacron Nigeria, they will fund your account within few days at a cheaper rate and then u can register online.

I attend a tutorial, usually to give me a good foundation but i do more of personal work overall.

Besides some of them are outdated by now, syllabuses are usually reviewed by Acca. You can get the latest soft copy from sureguy's website tho.

sure u will keep on making money as long as there are new investors but once investments cease, the scheme will crash. Usually its the latter investors than suffer this, so if u are just starting MMM, u are at a higher risk .

even if one gets invited, wont they check at the test venue if you really have the certificate before allowing to write the test? Since its part of the requirements
