Although ICAN and ACCA gives the same qualification, I would go for ACCA as well. The reason is ACCA gives me the option to get an MBA, MSC and another BSc... Just by passing the exams.

Yes Acca gives these options but they are expensive oo.. lol.. especially the M.SC in University of London. Anyway i opted for the Oxford Brookes University Bsc in applied Accounting and hoping to submit my Research and Analysis Project either this November or Next Year May. My exams score has been good but i need an A in this project to make a first class, although i learnt its very hard to get an A, but i will still do my best.

Personally i dont think you need to do Acca again if you are a qualified ACA member because ICAN has really improved lately and to me i think they can now compete globally with the likes of ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, even though there is still room for improvement. Except you really need the Bsc and Msc degrees tho and may want to work in the UK or other countries where ACCA is highly regarded.

Kudos to u bro its really not easy, i also thought of starting Acca during my undergraduate days but i was so scared it will affect my school performance and i still think i made a bad decision because these exams really helps one to be very serious, i believe i would have done better in the university if i started Acca earlier.

Anyway I started Acca last year during my service year and thank God as at monday that results of the june diet was released, i passed my last 2 F papers in the skill module. Planning to commence the professional module with Corporate Reporting (P2) and Advanced Financial Management (P4) and hopefully become an affiliate by September Next year.

It shouldn't be a big deal for a law student na.. its you that isnt a law student that will think its very hard.

I didn't really use a code. I purchased 30MB for #100, when the data exhausted I got a popup giving me a list of options;

1.Renew
2.Buy Data
3.Use PayG
4.No Bundle No Browsing

then I selected 4.


As for the smart trybe night plan, I called cc, the lady said the plan has not been launched yet. it seems all these telecoms they don't give their agents proper awareness, sometimes we get to know of new offers before dem self. if u ask different agents the same question, they provide u wit different answers.

Please how do i revert back to use PayG? I have selected the No Browsing option earlier

I failed the personality test.. seriously i dont know what they wanted and some the questions were even ambiguous, i just had to pick something

Some now monitor their members earning huge salaries to see what they pay as tithe.. Buh still, I feel some should go to the church too

If u want to help the church at all, there is Offering (which is different from tithe) for that.. infact these days we here of specific offerings like building offering and generator offering.. etc.

But tithe is for the needy, you can use your judgement to give your pastors if they work full time in the church and dont earn through other means.. Tithe is mainly for the needy, the widows who are likely not to having a good finance, the stranger/stranded, the less privileged,... etc. This is God's intent on tithe, it is not for enriching the rich


So Christians should pls use their head, tithing is for the poor people. Also there is no cursing on ur head if u dont pay tithe because we are in the dispensation of grace where every curses of the old testament has been conquered by the works of Christ. Give cheerfully as the Spirit leads and not grudgingly.

U better dnt waste ur tym and resources..dia test and interview luks real,dia training make sense....but for over 3 months of training, u wnt av any idea of wat dey are arriving at or even d job position and specification...u ppl ll start leaving one by one in frustration..u ll meet ppl who come frm different states to lagos for d training..no accomodatn,even d promised 7k wnt be paid...Talking frm experience o.

I wrote there aptitude test and pass there interview last year, then went for there orange school of investment for almost 4months, throughout the training it was only one Mr Isaac that lecture us. they said no allowance they will only be giving us 7k each month, which they never paid us. At last we all just have to Go back to our homes( because almost all of us are not Lagosians) we came from different states, some of us left d jobs we have to go for d training. Mind u they never call us to explain or apologize to us about what happened. pls be very careful. I wish someone gave me this warning last year.
