Given that they studied different courses, in different institutions, taught by different lecturers with different knowledge and mindsets.. it is very difficult compare both of them. In order words looking at grades at mere face value dont really give a true view of someone's intellect. Neither does studying in a poly mean you are inferior to someone who studied in a uni. We need to compare like with like and even at that, there are still limitations. Thats the reason i don't judge based on mere academic performances.

(e.g the part of ur estate u are giving to ur spouse or civil partner or even charity).

I dont however know how it is done for someone who has no WILL. It will possibly be given to the next of kin if he/she tenders certain proofs of the relationship between them.
