This issue is really a cause of concern...I was in warri when I did mine now am in ilorin...,what of pple that are late or those dat are out of the country or far from where they registered,they have their cards printed already,wasting money,why can't the govt just allow pple re-register every four yrs,d way I looked 4yrs ago is totally diff from d way I am now,it shows how stupid inec and d govt are,as for me,I don't see myself risking my life,travelling to warri from ilorin cos of a voter's card wen my vote aint even gonna count
