Bros forget all these vague excuses, who constituted the majority of the Senate or Infact the national assembly? Are they not the same APC saints who allegedly have the interest of Nigeria at heart as we are made to believe?

Bros forget all these excuses, Buhari's high-handedness is the bane of what is happening today, he refused running an all inclusive government and make those senators have a sense of belonging. This the first time we are seeing a government where the ruling party is in tatters, the presidency is having running issues with the legislature, it has always been known that an executive had always had a grip on the legislature, helping them fast track their bills and rubber-stamped their appointments, but here we have a party in tatters.

There are ways of dining with the devil, you can't come out in the open to criticize the same people you know you would need their help, they would end up frustrating your ass. The first time an opposition is getting a deputy Senate President, that should speak volume of that's going on. A party that all the people they recommended for electoral position in the national assembly all failed should send a signal that all is not well.

Blame it on the fraudulent party that's a contraption of scallywags that a lot of em still came from the devilish party PDP. It's always easy to criticize from the outside, now they are in power, they are clueless

must in-house problem cause chaos or reflect on the issue that concern masses?...... that's why the first thing to change is our reasoning style

Stupid Buhari and his APC government are seriously bent on enslaving Nigeria. I dont have problem with debts or loans, no serious government or business can do without loans, the problem is that there is no commensurate work on ground to really prove that all these money collected are being put to good use.

Lets not forget that over 7 trillion naira was collected from Treasury bill sales just this year.

Lest not forget that FIRS, customs have been pumping in money in billions as revenue generated.

Additionally oil prices have stabled in recent times and the activities of the militants have been curtailed.

Nigeria no longer spend trillions yearly on fuel subsidy.

Nigeria under this man's watch has collected loans from China spaning into millions of dollars.

What we keep hearing is that deizannis properties, houses money have been forfeited to the FG meaning the money can be used by the FG.

We hear trillions have been saved through TSA, we hear that billions of naira have been recovered from looters

then my question is, with all these money available, why the craze for collecting loans? Do this government have a hidden agenda? Am happy scales are now falling out off the eyes of this mofos we have that were stunch believers of this careless, lieing incompetent propagandist government except from some few conscienceless hypocrital individuals who peanuts been paid by BMC to them have blinded their thinking faculty that they have no sense of reasoning.

NASS REFUSED TO PASS LAWS THAT WILL ALLOW USE OF RECOVERED LOOTED MONEYS FOR NIGERIANS ;-

Many people erroneously believed that President Buhari is not fighting corruption; because none of those already arrested/detained/accused by the EFCC has been convicted.

But President Buhari wants to set up a Special Anti-Corruption Court and submitted a bill named "The Special Criminal Courts Acts" which has been in the possession of NASS (National Assembly) since last year, but they refused to consider it & never thought of passing it into law.

The Senate told the government point blank on the bill of "Anti-Money Laundering Acts" that they will not pass it into law. The bill has been with the Senate since 2015.

And If corruption is not tackled and the judiciary is not re-organized to tackle corruption, how will Nigeria move from the status of Developing Country to become a DEVELOPED NATION?

Most of the funds recovered cannot be accessed until the cases are concluded at the Supreme Court. Its about N2trillion potentially laying fallow that the government cannot touch until final judgment at the Supreme Court is pronounced.

That is why the passage of Anti-Corruption Courts Legislation is critical to access these funds and to enable such cases at the Special Court Level for better expeditious conclusions.

Now this same NASS is asking for 2.3% of ALL FEDERAL ALLOCATION, for their "Constituency Projects". Can we now see the true enemies of Nigeria?

There is a perception deficit. A lot of people get inaccurate information about this Administration, because a dangerous narrative is being sold to people that President Buhari caused the recession (the recession which was since 2014 Madam KNOW ALL, our 1st ever rated economist, has warned us early enough of possible recession happening.

If this perception deficit is not corrected, President Buhari will not be able to get the support he needs to put his programme's through, especially the ones that need enabling laws from the NASS.

Addendum to fellow Nigerians - Remember that terrorists only understand one language and that is Terror. We must all unleash our concern on these NASS members so they will understand we are no more going to sit back and watch them continuously destroying Nigeria.

Politics / Re: Army Kills Boko Haram Commanders, Shekau’s Deputies by Hajardramadan(m): 10:13pm On Sep 06, 2017
lifezone247:
Two Boko Haram commanders and deputies to Abubakar Shekau, a factional leader of the terrorist’s group, were killed in successful military operations at Alafa in Borno on Sallah day.

Army spokesman, Brig.-Gen Sani Usman, in a statement, said that Shekau deputies that were killed in the onslaught included Afdu Kawuri and Abubakar Banishek.

“This is in addition to Ba’Abba Ibrahim and two other Boko Haram commanders that died after sustaining injuries during their last ambush at Magumeri Local Government Area of Borno,” he added.

Five other key leaders of the group and close associates of Shekau were neutralised in a joint bombardment in August.
Usman described Shekau’s latest video in which he taunted the army as an act of desperation and lies by remnants of the insurgents to instil unnecessary fear in law abiding citizens.

In the video, the group denied the killing of its five key commanders and claimed it had wonderful Sallah celebration in the Sambisa forest.

“We wish to challenge the so-called terrorist leader to produce the five key commanders earlier killed or the video of those Ameers he claimed not dead and are still with him.

“It is also instructive to note that Shekau is scared and rattled by the 40-day ultimatum issued by the Chief of Army Staff to Operation LAFIYA DOLE to fish him out,’’ Usman said.

Politics / Re: Richard Ndubuaku Sues Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB Over Election Boycott by Hajardramadan(m): 5:08pm On Sep 06, 2017
Youngadvocate:
A business man in Anambra, Dr. Richard Ndubuaku, has sued the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and its leader, Nnamdi Kanu at the Federal High Court in Abuja over their plan to boycott the forthcoming gubernatorial election of the state.

He is seeking for an injunction from the court in the suit with number FHC/ABJ/ CS/756/2017 to restrain Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB from boycotting the Anambra State governorship election scheduled to hold on November 18.

According to Ndubuaku if Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB are allowed to proceed with the planned election boycott, it could result into irreparable damages to him and other innocent citizen who have properties and businesses in Onitsha and other part of the state.

In an affidavit he deposed to support the suit, the plaintiff told the court that Kanu and other IPOB members have repeatedly made utterances and threats to stop any form of election in Anambra State and Igbo land.

“The defendants (1st and 2nd) are capable of carrying out their threat, and if this happens, many lives will be lost. And properties destroyed, which will include that of the plaintiff.

“If the defendants are not restrained, it may lead to confrontation. With other law abiding citizens, who insist on electing their governor and a clash with the defendants will occasion bloodbath as there would be total breakdown of law and order,” Ndubuaku averred. Besides, he prayed the court for an order restraining Kanu and IPOB from further harassing or intimidating eligible voters in Anambra State or mobilising their members to scuttle the planned election.

Equally cited as defendants in the suit were the Inspector General of Police, the Commandant General Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice. Meanwhile, when the matter came up for hearing on Tuesday, Justice Babatunde Quadri who is sitting as the vacation Judge, declined to issue ex-parte order as he was prayed to do by the plaintiff.

Justice Quadri who is to sit on the case has directed counsel to the plaintiff, Mr. Smart Iheazor to go and notify all the defendants (Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB) by serving them with copies of all the relevant court processes.
