The just completed estate of mab global at karasana is an excellent buy if u can get any off a secondary market. I can't believe that the estate attained an 80% construction with in a year, an estate of 54hect and about 600 housing units. The infrastructure is almost up and associations of occupant are already on ground as some are looking at moving in by the end of the year. The estate shares common boundry with gwarinpa estate, best access via gwarinpa estate. Also the idu sabo and idu gwari lands has being increased in price officially from the company. |

Do take a trip to the district when next in abuja. |
