The katampe with infrastructure is that of extension and not maitama main. Main katampe is located opp maitama and extension is located opp jahi and gwarinpa estate. Kagini still have cheaper plots compare to katampe, but smaller plots are raising fast in value. Like 1200m2 r of o land I advertise earlier could go for 4m net price. |
You actually right, its really hard filtring abuja property adverts in the midst of other infos. Katampe has being flag off yesterday, I guess that will be the next maitama, lands in maitama main is like gold, everybody knows the various plots available for sale there. crown court do not have any detach duplex left, but the semidetach duplex is bigger and has more space than the detach, i will rather u go for the semidetach (the livingroom is 1.5% bigger, the rooms and kitchen are bigger). completion date was meant to be last month, but the civil work is just ongoing now and main buildings are 90% completed , hopefully by january ending. for the lake view estate, that seems to be the net price, apparently, that is the only flat left un-occupied and in the market |
