Good looking French toasts.

Very simple,break you eggs in a bowl,season and beat. Coat your bread and fry on very low heat. That is all. Use just a tablespoon of oil,doesn't need much oil

I mean the leaves not the fruit. Meet all this igbo women selling foodstuffs in the market and ask for garden egg leaves, you can use it as a garnish in you food. Best eaten raw,also used in abacha.
