Health / Re: Am Not Able To Smell And Taste by halfcurrent(m): 4:15pm On May 27
Thats one of the symptoms of Corona Virus

It may not be. There has been a massive outbreak of this kind of symptoms In Bonny Island recently. At first, people thought it was C19, but I understand that the test that were carried out showed otherwise. A few people have died anyway, but I understand the general treatment has been with malaria drugs, and affected patients have been responding to the treatment

Off course we are slaves to the western world.
WHO obviously do not want us to buy from Madagascar except it is approved by the West. Off course they will never approve , bc they have to sell their own market.

They left the border open so enough confirmed cases can come into the country... Ergo qualifying Nigeria for the support WHO has already pledged to give affected African Countries..

Also if there's any support given to affected African nations in the future, Nigeria go follow chop inside

That's how deep greed and corruption in Nigeria is..

Even the so called border closure will only take effect from Fri. 20th. Not even wef. What a country. More cases will arrive tomorrow

You forgot to mention that the average age if those killed by coronavirus in Italy is 81 years.. As younger patients recover. I am not saying they are less humans but it is so because of weaker immune system

Stop spreading PANIC. Most people have recovered but the media likes spreading panic.

Well said bro

Health / Re: Suspected Coronavirus Patient Isolated In Enugu by halfcurrent(m): 1:32pm On Mar 15
Covid19 is spreading quietly in Lagos, a Nigerian from the UK came back few weeks back and later tested positive for covid19- this hasn't been made public for whatever reasons, and this same man did a small get together/celebration for people in his area, now these people have symptoms of covid19, one of them called the covid19 response team and they asked her for her address which she declined saying she would be going to the hospital for tests. What sort of madness is that ? I'm legit scared right now cos I don't know how this country can handle this

This is really scary...

Romance / Re: Ladies Can Be Jail 5 Years After Collecting Transport Fare Without Going- Police by halfcurrent(m): 8:19am On Feb 02
According to the Nigerian Police force public relations officer, Opetola Badmus, ladies can now be sued for collecting transport fare from men, and refusing to show up at the appointed place.

Opetola Badmus took to her instagram page few hours ago to write and inform men that any lady who request for your money as transport fare to come over, and you send the money, yet she refused to come, sue her by referring to Act 29 SECTION 132 of the criminal code and file a case of defrauding by false pretence against her.

She advised men to know their rights and fight for it if they’re being deprived by the women in their lives. According to her, any lady charged with such can be jailed for up to 5years. Lalasticala seun

Health / Re: Please Help Diagnose This Scalp Disease (Disturbing Photos) by halfcurrent(m): 6:21pm On Jan 13
Please help diagnose this thing on my daughter's head. That thing looks like small small boils all over her head. It pains her alot and she doesnt want anyone to touch her head especially when bathing. She 3yrs old, eats well and very active.

It started 4 days ago and progressed to this stage.

Other Sypmtoms include:

She doesnt sleep well at night becauese of pains on her head.

High temp especially around 1am-5am ( we have been using paracetamol to calm bown the temp)

Little rashes on her neck and lower back.

Her hair doesnt grow evenly (though we have noticed this for a while)

My daughter had a similar infection few months ago. Also came down to her neck and back. We went to hospital, but they could not really detect the exact cause. She was initially placed on some antibiotics that didn’t give much results. We took her to another doctor, who placed her on some antihistamine creme and some bath lotion. It’s cleared now. Though she still scratch her head occasionally. I would advise you take her to the hospital preferably a Dermatologist. Hoping this info is useful
