Inec will cancel them automatically thats why we usually have rejected or cancelled votes.have you noticed that most of the units are not having up to 100 or 200 voters? But in the past,pdp will allocate all the votes in all the units to themselves resulting in unbelievable turnout when voters turnout is usually low down south
