No point wasting money dredging any River, just source about 2 billion dollars and build a deep Seaport at Bonny or Opobo.

Use the dredging money to build express road leading down south to the port.

We all know the AkwaCross are building deep Seaport in Calabar and also Ibaka deep seaport is in the pipeline for Akwa iBOM.

Bayelsa and Rivers should come together and build another one located either in Brass or Nembe.
