guy I was there. we ar cleaning our pvc for another election ooo..

appeal court seating in Abuja nullifies the election of Abubakar railway (senator representing kogi east senatorial district under the platform of apc) for fresh election within 90 days. attai aidoko vs abubakar railway.

to me their wrong. they should have conducted a fresh election because the

1). election was not announced before Audu died.

2). people do not voted for party but they voted for Audu because of the love they have for him.

3). INEC says that they should substitute another candidate to replace Audu after rerun election. that is totally wrong. I don't expect INEC to release such statement because is not done that way. people did not voted for the party, they voted for Audu because is picture was on the poster not APC logo as a party...

here are my own following few points why I said that inec are wrong...

to me fresh election should be conducted.

please don't quote me wrong, is just an opinion.

this motor park is currently under construction by captain idris Wada administration.. it is located at Felele in Lokoja (the capital of kogi).. this park has many facilities in it such as toilet, hotel, fuel station, mosque, church and some few things..

24 hours ago in Kogi State University, a federal road safety
official (FRSC) killed a final year student of Human Kinetics, Faculty
of Education in Kogi State University opposite the main gate this
afternoon. It was said that the student was challenged of not having a
plate number for his lady machine of which all lady machines in Anyigba,
Dekina L.G.A hardly use plate numbers for their machines. Reports stated
that the student was hit behind his neck with their baton by a road
safety official after his refusal to stop because of the fine that will be
directed to him to pay. After he was hit, he was still beaten and later
rushed to the hospital by students but confirmed dead later. This has
happened a lot of times without anything done to it. Kogi State
University students embarked on a protest that lasted for over 6hours
with lots of gun shots and tear gases but it was ended by student leaders
and a distinguished personality in the school over a resolution that there
will be a transportation to Ankpa L.G.A where the FRSC office is to
dispose their grieve. The ASUU Chairman is as well involved and also
addressed students to solve the matter wisely. Tomorrow we will know the
bone of contention. We thank SUG K.S.U, NAKOSS K.S.U, ASUU,
NAKOSS NATIONAL, and all our dear students of Kogi State University
for the solidarity walk within the school premises.
