For those who have PCOS and can be consistent, I have been hearing about the efficacy of the keto diet. My sister's friend just called me now with her own testimony of her period getting down to a consistent 28day cycle (she used to have 40/45 days cycle) and seeing fertile CM for the first time in her life.

A family friend who ttc for 4yrs nd had her first child last year February kept complaining of her big tummy so she hit d gym o but d tummy refused to tuck after so much she got fed up. Only for us to advice her to chill. Later she complained of no t feeling too well so i adviced her to visit hospital only for her to call nd say the doctor asked her to do scan nd found out she is 8months, 2weeks nd 3days preggy . Amazing God!! Imagine finding out when she was almost about to put to bed!! Also heard of a woman who did not test positive until she was 6months pregnant. Her doctor was fed up with her cos she was not menstruating and refused to use primolut based on the fact that her mum dreamt that she was pregnant.

Let me try and answer from my own little knowledge.
Mama, calm down, God is in control.
Register with a good gyne and work with him.
But if you want to run your thing by yourself, you need to
run a HVS (high virg.inal swab) a pap smear test for infection?
After that if you have no preexisting infection, you need to run a series of TVS +follicular tracking) during the period you would normally ovulate to see if you actually do ovulate. But if there is infection, you need to treat it asap (work with your Dr), as it is one of the many causes of unexplained infertility. And the painful urination you used to have may had been indicative of PID (thank God it has stopped)
Next if you are up to it, and after you are clear, you have no infection, then go for HSG to know the exact status of your tubes and ovaries.
Also run a hormone profile. All these will give you an idea of where you stand, and how to get ready for warfare.

I will like to ask some few questions. I am new here and I have been ttc for a while now. I had ovarian cyst operation in 2008 and was never told what type of cyst it was but the operation was successful. My period has been monthly tough sometimes it's 31 days, 32, 29, 30 or even 34 days but it comes . I also know I suffered painful urination from my early teenage years ( I didn't even know what sex was then ) till just recently it stopped. I don't know if that is PID. So I decided to use the herbal tampons and nothing came out ( just some white tissue like stuff , very very small though) I used the tampons cos I felt I may have blocked tubes. Pls mamas, what do u suggest for me. I am a novice and will really love to conceive. Also, I don't even know if it's possible to have menstruation without ovulation cos I have been using opk and all I get is the faint line which is negative according to the opk sticks . Pls help a desperate mama.

I forgot to add, I have been taking vitamin c, vitamin e , vitamin b6 , folic acid for the past 2 weeks and recently started serapeptase for the past one week. My cervical mucus is nothing towrite home about cos it's not sticky or slimy. I really need help

Why don't you run a comprehensive test to know if you have any cause for concern. Check your hormones and thyroid function, if u are brave enough,add hsg.
Transvaginal scan has been my go to for confirmation of ovulation.
Finally, you can try adding evening primrose oil to what you are taking if you are concerned about CM.

Yes it is. It's often used for people doing ivf. I think it helps in follicle maturation and implantation.

Good morning fruitful mothers of blessed children. I wanted multiple birth and discussed with my Dr. He gave me clomid on CD2-7(2tabs daily),1tab folic acid,1tab vit e daily. He asked me to come for HCG shot this evening(CD8) but with what I read here I need tvs before the shot. Please do I go for the tvs and on which day or take the shot today.

I think you should do the Tvs first to know if the follicles are mature enough To be ruptured. Your cycle length matters also, it's not all of us that ovulate between cd8-10. I for one ovulate btw cd16-19. So imagine if I got hcg shots on cd 8, na waste of money, time and hope e for b.

Yes ooh. I read it online and decided to practice it.
I had hormonal imbalance and was placed on clomid but instead of ovulating and taking in, I put on a lot of weight.
So I will even take the carrots to work and within two to three months I reduced and I took in.
But I know its only God that did it.
Please I recommend total detox for any woman who wants to take in first before anything.

Was reading up online and came about these two herbs that are said to help prevent miscarriages. Black haw and partridgeberry. They are said to even work better with self fertility massage, castor oil packs, red raspberry and systemic enzyme therapy.

You should believe able to get at med/healthplus. You can also try konga/jumia/jiji.

Hello blessed mommies. Pls help a sis. Found out after several tvs dat I don't ovulate. Been on clomid but found out the follicles always end up to b lufs. Had used trigger shots 10000iu with no success rate. Pls advice.

You could change to letroz instead of clom and increase d hcg dosage.
Alternative is to take vitex, do fertility/castor oil massage, systemic enzyme therapy and take tribulus from days 5-14 of ur cycle

Who can remember that mama that had a molar pregnancy last year?.

The things we know cos of ttc!! Never heard of molar pregnancy and blighted ovum before, now I know so much that I have turned to small counselor for even newly pregnant women.
It will end in praise, our bfp testimonies will not end up as molar/blighted/unexplained miscarriages IJN. We will carry to term and deliver safely without any complications before, during and after delivery IJN.

Why do labs abi diagnostic centres turn themselves to waiting room and time wasting centres Why do they treat us like people that have nothing to do with their time? It's bad enough that I'm paying you to allow a man who is not my husband av a look at my vjay, u will now delay me ontop?
So, I felt like d guy doing tvs at mecure had become to familiar with my smtin, plus the guy was absolutely positive that I would have a BFP last cycle. D shame made me decide to try clinix for this cycle. I got to clinix o, filled form and sat with d other people. My sisters, 1hr after I got there, I was called to come and confirm some things.
After confirmation, I was told to go and pay somewhere else. On getting to where I was to pay, I was told that my name was written wrongly, so I'd have to go back to reception. In all of this, I was getting calls from work as per my whereabout. That's how I just carried my bag jejely and left. Wasted 1hr30mins for nothing.

No vex Jare. I've gone for over 3months without a period. At a time, I couldn't get any unless I used drugs to induce it. Later, my average cycle became 40/50days. When it became 35 days after d use of m2tone, I was jubilating like someone who won lottery. It was then I realized that getting a period sef is a major blessing.
It will end in praise, that I'm certain of

Saw my period today after a two days delay which is a first for me never miss a period is always on time, I took bitter leaf and letrozole and on cd21, I spotted a little with cramps, my period didn't come on the expected date which is on Saturday only to see it today, been crying since morning. Mama what could be wrong with my body? First time ever I miss a period, so confused.

Do you know how many people are praying for their periods to come? Please cheer up and thank God that your period came without you needing to use drugs. I pray that after this one, it'll be a bfp you'll announce next IJN

A couple of people here did womb setting and saw a change in their womb shape whilst also getting cured of sperm flowing back out. The major problem in the womb setting seems to be getting somewhere close to you to do it cause it's not a onetime thing.

The only thing you use for 6 months is Diflucan for maintenance, which should be used on the same date every month and it doesn't interfer with GTC i recommend use during AF. Make sure to check with your Dr before you embark on this treatment.

Ok, so I will advice you get the following


1 month supply of disposable panties

New set of 100% cotton pants/thongs - leave the sexy non-cotton lace for now and never go back to your old panties

Diflucan, 6months supply

Anti-fungal suppository (Gynotiocosid was effective for me + it was 3 tabs for 3 nights)

Anti-fungal cream (any of Nizoral, Datkarin, Canesten would do)

Combo kit anti fungal treatment ( Dazel kit or A-Day-kit) or better still individual components that makes up this kit ( diflucan/fluconazole is one of the components) ask your pharmacist or read online

Then the ogbonge one BORIC ACID suppository specifically PH-D 600mg ( this is the one I used) - don't think it is available in Nigeria check Amazon US


Start wearing disposable panties from the day u start treatment and continue wearing it 1-2 weeks after treatment
Once the suppository finishes start with the BORIC ACID suppository for another 3-5 days make sure to follow the instructions ooo
Make bleach ur toilet best friend wash ur toilet as often as u can, u can wash all corners with toothbrush u no longer use to ensure all is clean
Wash all new panties after buying and before wearing make sure to rinse off soap suds at every wash

Also, I know there is a lot of controversy about cleaning one's jajaina by dipping ur finger into it, but I do this. I take special care washing my finger and under nails then sanitizing with hydrogen peroxide and water rinse well with water and I clean out any cheesy discharge with water and pat dry my jajaina. Ensure to air, air and air the jajaina as often as u can

You are to use the full diflucan dosage once every month for 6 months, same date this is called the maintenance therapy and most importantly Pray and thank God for victory. Up till date I just thank God when I look back on the victory He gave me
