Hello people, can you help me confirm that I am correct with this:

The last deposit required for POF was paid on Tuesday 25th of May 2021.

Am I correct to say that the 28 days will start counting from Wednesday 26th of May till the Tuesday 22nd of June.

And that the bank statement print out will be from 26th May 2021 - 23rd June 2021?

I paid €734 though don't know why,the systems calculated $1037 for me and when I did pay with a UK card €734 was deducted.

The IHS page is telling me that my fee is $1037 as against the $1006

IHS cant be 940 for 2 years, its 1yr - 470+235 = £705
18months - 470+ 470/2 + 235 = £940
2yrs - 470*2 +235 = £1175

Good evening house, i applied for my CAS today with the required document... but my benchmark was 550 but the exchange rate is above that since 2 weeks ago..i told the school i will be applying with my wife before but during my pre CAS interview i already discussed my option with them that my wife passport is not ready, hence i might be applying alone because the money in the POF might not be sufficient due to exchange fluctuation.
so today the school replied that the bank statement does not meet the requirements. The amount in the 28 day period cannot fall below the required amount of £29,212. With reference to Oanda currency convertor the lowest amount on the statement 16,089,950 NGN is today equivalent to £27,571.
i was then asked the following
Are you able to make an additional payment towards your tuition fees? Or do you have another bank statement that you could use in addition to the one you submitted? The dates on the statements would need to be the same.

i have replied the mail that i will be applying alone for now that my wife will be applying at a later date as her passport is not available yet.
but my worry is that this was not included in the options.
Any advice because i do not have plan to pay for another deposit now as it will affect my applications.

I used UBA as well, we submitted since Thursday, they called us that the account we want to use is a student account that we needed a standard account which we returned about 12pm yesterday this morning we saw alert of debit but they deducted 1.2m for 2000gbp payment.

Eco bank processed my Form A in less than 24hours. I did the transaction yesterday and I was debited today.

House pls i was told by UBA to get my last certificate certified by Uni for processing of form A(a photocopy of my last certificate certified by my University) to be amount the document needed for the payment

I got to UBA now they are asking for certified copy of last certificate saying thwt is what they do for postgraduate

Pls i am tring to do Tb test registration,but at the final stage they platform.is not sending confirmation mail to me, i have tried it 4 times using different browser but same issue... Any help?

Todays rate? And 48hrs for the school to confirm payment? How sure are u,cos intend to use either ecobank or UBA asap

Go for Bradford if you can afford it, better ranked, affordable city to live, close to Leeds, you can work in Leeds while living in Bradford if you are unable to get student job in Bradford, don't worry about job after graduation as you can always move to any city to search for job or work

So this means that we can use an account that is not in our name to make payment for the form A?
I can use my wife account so far we will go to the bank together.

It all depends on the total tution fees for one year, I don't know the total Tuition fees.

If you deposit £3,000 or more, at least she will enrol and start class either online or physical. But with £1,000 you will have to pay more to be able to enroll and attend class, remember that you have spent a lot before Travelling and she can't start work to assist immediately you get to Sheffield.
That is why the 50% deposit is very good then you can pay the remaining by instalments through the jobs you get with ease.

This is my daughter's experience, paid 50% before applying for visa, and didn't pay anything until February 2021, she's at Leeds Beckett and work in Sheffield, she pay for her accommodation by herself through the jobs she's doing and before four months she sent money home for me to pay through form A to balance her remaining fees, not having any issues with the school.

Long and short of it is that when you pay 50% you will have rest of mind to focus on payment of your accommodation, taking care of yourself and payment of the remaining balance will not be stressful.

The dependant can work full time to help the students, while the Student work 20hrs, but when you get there God will grant you wisdom

So to open an account with eco bank so i cab use them immedatly does it take long.

pls i have M.Sc in Environmental management and control already in Nigeria. I have gotten an offer in Universiy of Bradford for M.Sc Bioinformatics and i aslo just got an offer in University of Derby for MSc Environ Assessment Control again. pls advice me on what to choose for a man applying for visa with dependent in both courses and cities. jobs and livin standards.
i intend to make deposit witing the next 48hrs to either of the school.

Good morning all, I contacted Access bank today for form A, and they said at today the rate is 576 per GBP, and the other deductuon is less 20k...

Visa was actually granted - 9th April.

University requested my hubby's TB certificate, account statement and conducted a zoom interview.

Documents submitted:

Student -
Passport, Degree, Waec, Marriage, TB certificates, Account statement, old passport with visa.

Dependants partner -
Degree, TB, Marriage certificates, passport and account statement.

Children each -
Account statement, TB, birth certificates, passport, and Consent letters.

We all used the same account statement.

We really thank the Most High God for His mercies.
I thank all who answered my questions especially Justwise and Cutieb.

Congrats I have also been offer conditional admission in Bradford University, I shall be applying with my dependants, family of 5. I have sent you an email here on Nairaland.

Good evening everyone, I got a conditional offer from Bradford University for M. SC in Bioinformatics,My plan it do a dependant visa for family of 5. I was told to provide a WEAC certification with correct name and date of birth. I have a little mistake on my middle name and My DOB year is different from my official age, plz I have an affidavit for the age already sworn at the high court years back. Can I go the the court for another one to swear to another affidavit to include the two... Plz what is the life in Bradford city like for a family man I. E jobs, standard of living e.t.c
