Cbn injected $85 billion into AIG which gives the federal government 79.9% equity in the company. Do you know what that means? Weeks earlier the government rejected Lehman Brothers Holdings loan from the cbn. Allowing the company to go under. The stock market went through a total reform. It took him more than a year. Not months to accomplish this.

God bless you op for this wonderful piece. People keep blaming Buhari for naira downfall. But really it has been falling for a long time. But because of the oil boom we didn't really know. I use to say the past administrations could have done more for this country. Oil was selling at a record high. Instead of them to help this country with foreign reserve, they keep helping their pockets. Now Nigeria makes virtually nothing from oil. So I don't think anything can be done to redeem the naira this year. It's gonna be a gradual process, hence we need to be patient and hope we get over this trying times.

This country will be great only if we can defeat corruption.

This is becoming nauseating. Everyday we are just kept busy with EFCC stories while the economy is nosediving. Ironically, it is a PDP senator in the name of BEN BRUCE that is trying to lead the economic revolution or at least a semblance of it. I wonder why people are not tired of all these charade everyday . The dss started with kashamu laying siege on his house for days and he is still senator till date. several cases followed since then practically everyday and till date not a single conviction has been achieved and youths that are mainly affected by this economic shutdown will come here and start saying they must vomit some stupid yams. There is no law yet in Nigeria that says parties must disclose their source of campaign funds so which one is this that EFCC want to know the source of PDP campaign money. Who will probe the source of APC campaign fund? This is what morsi and his islamic party was busy doing in Egypt and the rest they say is history. Pls, Buhari, save the future of Nigerian youths. we know you are too old and may no longer care about tomorrow but please, support BEN BRUCE to lead economic revolution for nigeria and put a stop to all these propaganda and media fight against corruption that is so far ineffective as reflected in the BUDGET OF YAMS prepared under your nose, , SHAMELESSLY PRESENTED BY YOU ONLY TO BE STOLEN BY YOU SIR.
