I don’t take a shxt unless I’m at home. Period. Then I can wipe with tissue first then get in the shower to rinse and soap for optimal freshness. No the shxt is not all over my hands from the tissue. It’s clean all the way around.

I also try not to use any public toilet while I’m out in Nigeria. I avoid it as much as I can because they are normally disgusting and there’s never any soap or paper towels to wash hand properly. Just imagine the dirty hands that are preparing your food.
