Politics › Re: “Nigeria Will Cease To Exist By December 2015″ – Biafra Movement by hardbody: 8:53pm On Feb 21, 2015
kettykin:
With or without Biafra, can nigeria survive 2015 election in one piece

considering the fact that the same people responsible for the rot and rust of Nigeria are in APC and the real people that make nigeria what it really should be are in PDP .
If PDP looses that will signal the beginning of the end of Nigeria because militancy will resume and the APC that will rule is inept.
If APC looses as expected bokoharam will be become bigger and bigger extending their strikes in lagos and other APC control states
my exact views and thoughts since.

thank you for aptly stating it for me in this forum

You are right. The pictures were taken by the BH people. I am suspecting the phone or camera fell into a wrong hand, say the military, and the pics are now being sent out. My thoughts and only explanations though

But their cowboy tactics hasn't worked with Nigerian politicians that owe them millions and billions .
I do not have a view of their loan portfolio sir. One thing i am certain is that the yardsticks for provisioning and write offs must be followed religiously. If you dont, the auditors will do it for you. Where the auditors dont, CBN will do it. So if the politicians are owing them, they must be a way of managing those credits. One thing i give to bankers though, they are 'criminally ingenious'. I have been there.

The staff appears to have a strong case. I will expect that the Bank will negotiate settlement with him. Sometimes the Legal department knows what to do, senior management are usually hell bent on arm twisting in the hope of getting quicker and faster results. However for a bank with deep pockets such as Ecobank, no pay out will be sufficiently damaging. The ex-staff should be more interested in getting a well publicized apology to clear his name. As for banks, you cannot deter them from such acts, they have always been known to be aggressive in debt recoveries and will continue to be, they deal with shareholders and investors funds. Provisioning levels are also very stringent, hence their cowboy tactics

Jaybee and Tidymaster, so you guys have not realized that the two ladies are fin.ge.ring your brains? Sizzle and Caracata are damn too established to expect them to send you reply mails. Get busy with other things or search out other threads. In this one with these babes, you have drawn blank. Even Mynd44 is also playing with them. They have been around together.

Politics › Re: Don’t Shift Elections Again, UN Tells Nigerian Government by hardbody: 4:09pm On Feb 21, 2015
dre11:
This is an international organization commending our INEC official for a job Weldon and encourages them to be better

But, our parties especially PDP will always say negative things about them instead of commending them and their supporters always follow suit
To be serious, what does the UN know about our internal issues and state of preparedness other than what they are told? I do not know how prepared anybody is, i suspect a possibility of moving the election again. GEJ body language and the announcement that serious offensive against BH will will commence in March is an indication of sorts. In all these, i don't care. I dislike both contenders and therefore will not be voting either. I am not even registered anywhere.

They should both quite the stage so that the military can take over and unleash maximum rulership and thereafter Nigeria will snowball into an atomistic society that will blow itself to smithereens. UN would claim they said it and no one took note.

Why isn't he as rich as Dangote? undecided
That guy is richer than Dangote, pound for pound. Dangote is being given wider assessment because Adenuga prefers to play codedly. I had worked for him sometime in my early corporate life. I personally resigned and do not pray to work for him or his likes again, ever. But he is rich to the hilt. His business management studies is a waste. He runs his businesses in a manner unknown to scientific business management.

Smh. Why are Nigerians so freaked about marriage. You sat down and started analysing the life of people who you don't know whether they are interested in getting married.

OP, I would advice you and your source to get a life. Thanks
God bless you sir. I dont know the problem with the average Nigerian man. To them marriage is such a critical hub that unless a woman climbs it she cannot revolve. I have met ladies who made it clear infact like 3 are working with me. They said they would just have a kid or two from men and remain single. That they do not cherish the idea of settling down with a man. Some guy will sit down and be analyzing their lives for them. I just tire.

That is the only explanation that would make sense cause these tanks don't just fall out of the sky. I'm saying this believing that our airspace and borders are not so porous that such heavy weaponry would find its way into the country without being noticed by our security agencies.
They are brought in through chad, Niger and Cameroun. Some of those neighbours are happy to see Nigeria weakened so they can swoop on us and appropriate our oil beside ridiculing us.

konny1:
1. I need new challenges or I'm not intellectually challenged and no platform for questions or questioning in my current job.
Or I need a room for improvement in my career.
This question will always come up in every interview session. There are basically two reasons to give. One, tell your interviewer that you are seeking for higher challenges and an improved welfare package. No one faults those reasons. I have attended several high level interviews and no one ever controverted those reasons.

Romance › Re: She Broke My Heart, And Now She Is Back by hardbody: 4:21pm On Feb 17, 2015
OliverQuinny:
Dear Nairalanders, I am in a relationship with someone that hurt me when I needed her most. We met a while ago while I was still hustling on the streets of PortHarcourt. I was working in a small firm then, but I was doing all I could to make her happy. The job wasn't well paying, so I had to quit to pursue my Masters Degree and professional qualifications. The money stopped rolling in and we both started having issues. She became very difficult and eventually she left me sha, for no concrete reason. But I strongly believe its cos I quit the job.

I still loved her, and wished she wud change her mind. Some years later, I got a job in one of the multinationals and was sent abroad on an official assignment. I met her again at the airport in London and we became friends. We started chatting and she visited me on a saturday. One thing led to another, and we were intimate. The feelings started rekindling, but I just couldn't forget the way she treated me when I needed her most and I am afraid that shez back cos of my wealth.

Recently, she told me shez one month pregnant and am contemplating marrying her, but the way she hurt me when we were in Nigeria keeps taunting me. I keep having these flashbacks. Am actually scared that she will repeat the same behaviour in d nearest future even though it seems she has changed.

Please ur advice is needed here. Mature minds only.
If your assumption, which remains unverified is correct, then the only reason she may leave you again is if your azz gets broke again. Since you now claim to be in wealth, it does not look like she will be leaving you in a hurry. My suggestion, don't go broke again.

They should commute the sentence to life imprisonment.

Let him be alive to feel the consequences of his misdeeds.
That is dangerous. He might get a state pardon.
