Good day nairaland. I'm 31 years old female, single and unmarried. I want to get married by the end of this year by Gods grace. All the men that approach me either are unsettled yet or one problem or the other. At first I wasn't desperate, but I don't know what im doing wrong. I have a good job and travel to the UK often but still haven't met any man that's prepared for marriage. When I go out to have fun, my siblings start complaining that im attending parties and staying out late too much. Is it in our parlour a man will marry me? I'm trying to enjoy life by looking on to the bright side but still feel empty inside of me. What else can I do to get married at least by the end of the year? Any others I my shoes can input as well.
"all d men that approach you are either unsettled or have oηε problem or the other" What do you mean вч d above statement? Please break it down with instances. D ansa you seek might just be in there. |
emmatok: Go to court and legalize your relationship. You'd tie a rope on his neck and drag him to d laws huh? Too direct too crude . Bliv me, most guys still take exceptions to court marriages. |
. |
berem: Is it possible to do court wedding before traditional rites? Op i don't know which part of Nigeria you come from but i think you have to do traditional rites first before court wedding. white wedding should be after child birth.White wedding after birth? wow 2 da first Op, this is a difficult situation: 1) if you rush him to court, church or traditional now, wouldn't he feel you entrapped him with pregnancy? And get to hate you later? Most possible . We should settle down with no string and pressure. 2) if you let d marriage part rest , and you just deliver d baibe, with changes in your body and all, will he not leave you in the lurch and find another when the time is right? Most probable. 3) what is his stand on the issue? What do you really want? No matter what Nland tells you, in the final analysis , you are all alone in your lope. And a decision you must take |

Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville on Sky Sports: "As a fan I'm sad and gutted, as a player I'm grateful and privileged to have worked with the greatest manager of our time, and from this point [in front of the cameras] we've lost the greatest manager of our time. It's just a loss all around. I was shocked but you have to respect his decision. "If you have 499 employees at Manchester United you had 499 mini-mes of him. He's the last of a kind, he really maintained traditional values and a family atmosphere. He immersed himself in Manchester United and has taken them to a point of dominance now. "It's always been a day that Manchester United fans have dreaded but the club will move on without Sir Alex Ferguson." "[What was his greatest achievement?] The longevity of doing what he did in Scotland and England is incredible and to do that for so long is unbelievable and I don't think we'll see it again." It's not impossible' to follow Ferguson David Gill insisted last night that succeeding Sir Alex Ferguson was “not an impossible job” as Manchester United prepare to announce the appointment of David Moyes as their new manager today. Although Gill refused to be drawn on the identity of Ferguson’s successor, The Times understands that United will confirm that Moyes has been given the daunting task of succeeding the most successful British manager of all time. Ferguson announced his retirement yesterday morning after 26½ years at Old Trafford and the 71-year-old Scot will bring down the curtain on a glorious career on the final day of the Barclays Premier League season on May 19, when United face West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns in what will be his 1,500th game in charge of the club. Moyes, 50, whose contract with Everton expires this summer, will then be handed the reins as he bids to follow in the footsteps of a manager who has won 13 Premier League titles and two European Cups. The Everton manager travelled to London yesterday and was expected to have talks with Bill Kenwright, the chairman. Everton face a decision on whether to leave Moyes in charge for their final home game of the season, against West Ham United. “I don’t know if it’s the great unknown, but change always increases the element of risk,” Gill said. “Lots of jobs are deemed to be impossible. I don’t think it’s an impossible job, you are coming in with a very impressive support structure on and off the pitch in terms of the players and facilities." Steve Bruce “When you play for him, his winning mentality rubs off on you. He is so driven and determined, and he works so hard that it seems to rub off on a lot of people - it’s no surprise that a few of his old players have gone into management or coaching. He wants to beat you as a manager and he does that constantly, but he offers you a bit of encouragement and is always there on the end of the telephone. He has humility from his past background that means he treats the grounds staff just the same as he treats his star centre forward. I wish him a happy retirement, which I’m sure he’ll have.” Dwight Yorke “Sir Alex still had the hunger, he has very high standards and it is all about winning trophies and breaking records but there is more to the man. The way they lost the Premier League last season would have hurt him immensely, certainly losing it to Manchester City, so he wanted to regain it and that was his prime objective this year. He has managed to do that and he has done it in a great way with great style. So in many respects, that is the reason why he has decided to retire. By doing all of that, with the hip operation and David Gill going, I think he feels it is the right time to go.” Paul Ince “I was one of the fortunate ones who spent six fantastic years at Manchester United. I remember the day I joined, I failed my medical and I thought my move was going to collapse. He treated me like a son and I will never forget that moment. It was great to play under such a man; he was so demanding and his standards were so high. Yes, we had our ups and downs but so did most of the players during the 1992/93 season because we were winners, but as far as total respect is concerned, the man was immense and he got the best out of me as a player, that’s for sure.” "Even if United get Mourinho, with Klopp as assistant, Pep as kit man and Moyes making tea it won't be the same as Fergie!" Opta Joe: "The only British team Manchester United have faced under Sir Alex Ferguson but never beaten are Southend United. Bogey." |

Mr Seun, why are the rules always popping up any time one wants to create a thread or post a reply? are there no rules' threads on every section again? we should be as user-friendly as possible and not string complex at other' expense. and if you havent noticed, nobody's got the time to go through all that ish b4 they can make their mind known.
