boss good evening... please how true is this info and please do you have the repayment schedule? for those that got 450k whats going to be there repayment amount and for how long? thanks in advance
Viking007:
You all should remember it is a loan not a grant. We all have exactly 1 year to begin repayments. Monthly repayments can be as low as 20k and as high as 60k, depending on your approved amount. Though I personally pray everything scatter so nobody repays. cheesy

Pls don't be annoyed, I know u aren't a nirsal staff probably u might have the information...what's d chance of those who is getting the error "bvn does not exist" ? because my sister was getting the error "loan has not been approved, please check back later " during the first phase of disbursement, dt was may/June and up till moment its d same thing, but I applied for my wife towards ending of June and she has not gotten any approval message when I check with her bvn it keeps saying bvn does not exist. Shey we should just put our mind off it and if it comes fine....
Viking007:
Yes. Check back later means - approved, awaiting CBN disbursement to Nirsal.
Business / Re: CBN’s N50bn COVID-19 Fund Disbursement Begins Thursday by hardeyeanc(m): 5:50pm On Oct 25, 2020
Bro pls what is the difference between "BVN does not exist" and "Your loan has not been approved, please check back later" does it mean the ones dt are asked to check back later still get hope than those whose bvn does not exist? Although I have not gotten any approval message
Viking007:
You guys just like disturbing yourselves. They don't pay by name of bank or by state. Once your application has been approved forget about everything till you get your money.

Aswear... I wish the youth can form a forum across the nation against 2023 election in which we will have a political party and nominate from dt forum who is gonna be the president, governor of each state, the youth will even decide who will make the NASS and vote out all these old and clueless people, enough of God-fatherism. But some Judas won't allow it to work.

Please I need clarity on this loan , is d 4% deduction a processing fee or part of the 5% interest?

Everybody is just clamouring for alert nobody is saying anything about repayment, if we are to pay 450k for 9 months with an interest of 1% or 5% as d case may be, meaning we ll be paying like 50k every months if u pull out 50k from a business monthly is it not going to affect the business?

Mayamba:

Yes it's for you to enjoy what you have been doing. This is a great opportunity to allow our creativity flow and contribute to the Nigerian economy. If anyone cannot manage this well, that person is to be questioned. But by my former experience, usually the government may not receive all the money lended at the end.
exactly what am thinking...

Initially we are to use guarantor before cbn waived that, am now begining to think that hope it's not that FG dash us this money as our own share from the covid 19 donations they recieved even though they are still going to say they spent twice what was disbursed as TCF loan, another means to embezzle money for them

There is really no measure to recover the loan, NMFB is not hammering on repayment of the loan rather disbursement. Loan without guarantor for that matter.

They should have sent a repayment schedule to our various mail and when the repayment will start we are just using our own calculations

Another thing I noticed is there is 4% interest rate charged upfront does it mean that that has been taken from our repayment we will just pay 1% plus the principal.

Is anybody thinking what am thinking that NMFB has deducted there interest Incase if the loan will go bad, they won't lose at the end, they will know it's FGN money.

The only thing they have is my BVN and address, how sure are they that the address is even real?

They are saying something about global standing order which has not been implemented, what if they activate it and there is no money in any of my account?

Am sure many people just tried the loan with the believe that FGN stuff is not always real, they don't actually need it. Now it's real and they got the money to pay back will now become an issue.

I received the alert not quite long... That's very good the FG, they approved 450k and I got 425k

I would have done the same for my sister to safe her d stress of going to NMFB to complete the account opening process, but I thought it was a scam so I don't want to put her account details, but for me I no get money wey dey want comot

I have some questions to ask if anybody have the answer

1. I selected 3 yrs for repayment with 1 year moratorium period but I went to back to the offer letter now and am seeing something like 12 months with 3 months moratorium.

2. I think a payment schedule should be sent to our mail so that we will know the exact amount to repay, we are just seeing 5% p.a for the first year and 9% p.a which one do we believe

Lastly ,the upfront payment is for what because me I didn't bother to read the story on the offer letter its just too much for me , I just checked the box and click on accept offer.

I go the same message and I tried opening the link I inputed my bvn although I was scared kind of because I wasn't expecting that kind of message via text but a mail, I rushed to my mail probably they ve dropped a mail for me but I couldn't find anything.

To cut the story short I tried during the night and it went through and they said they approved 450k I applied for 500k actually,

Saw the offer letter it's look real but the website is somehow to me "guarantorform2.azurewebsite.net"

I did for my sister and at the point where they asked do you want to transfer the money to your other account? My response was NO because am scared, somebody should not sit down at one corner and be zapping my sister hard earned money.

I tried mine and put YES as the answer I inputed my account number in other bank of course my balance is 0.19k if Dem like make Dem take am na there problem.

Guys we need to be careful, the TECH people should pls notify us if they notice anything o because am not dt comfortable with the website although it showed all my details. If true

What is the next line of action?

Good evening again my prople. I followed a link that bridged me across to the true VO thread. I read posts there at random. I returned here and read posts here at random. I then went to a site called ustraveldocs.com to see the steps. I was shocked when I got to the visa fees, couldn't believe my eyes at what I saw. A foreign entity that provide consular service in my country uses its own independent exchange rate outside the official bank rates. This is absurd! Will the US allow Nigerian Embassy in their country use an arbitrary conversion rate outside the limits set by their central bank? Jeezus! shocked

The thing don vex me well well. I no wan apply again sef. I don tell my friend to wait after divorce finalize next month to use the money she budget for my travels and come to Nigeria. If the mountain won't come to Muhammed, Muhammed will go to the mountain.

Meanwhile, I thank you all very much for opening my eyes to what i didnt know before. I learnt lesson here. I cant beleieve that we dont even protest the insult, instead we are lining up and eager to pay more sef just so we can speak to the vo and submit our fate to him to decide. I wonder if they post a report showing rates of approval.

Does anyone know, for every 100 applicant how many are approved? Please dont give me some bullshyyte about "ties" when you respond to this question.

God Bless you all!

Hey LadyG you wasted my time making me think you are a vo. I even thought you didnt work on weekend grin
