Erlang pay dropped considerably less, 6.7% and remained the second highest paid programming language with an average salary of $99,492.

I have fundamental knowledge of computer networking and currently a transmission engineering trainee with a telecommunications company. I'm just looking for a skill I can learn that can enable me freelance online. I want something related to Telecommunications/Networking. I did a research and come across some freelance network engineers, VoIP engineers but I'm totally confused on how to get started.

Pls, I need anyone here whose niche relate to networking, VoIP, telecommunications. I never come across one. I need guidance, pls

Engineering students who finished from Polytechnics do better than those that finished from universities, that is why oil and gas industries prefer Polytechnic engineering graduates to university graduates.



So I will suggest that anybody that wants to study business, commercial and accounting related courses should do well and avoid Polytechnics.

You have said exactly my mind. Not only Oil and Gas but FMCG and those Telecommunication Sub Contractors always prefer HND graduates in Engineering. Normally, what are mostly needed in Nigeria are technicians and technologists because we don't design and build anything from the scratch. Most of the engineering jobs in Nigeria is repair and maintenance which the polytechnic Curriculum address

I suggest you should try some private tertiary institutions around. I think you are in kwara? Try Al-hikmah university, summit university etc. I'm even aware that university of offa is currently recruiting, it is a new private university. You have the requirement, push!
