The truth is that, Tinubu cannot beat Atiku in northwest and northeast and Peter Obi will not do well there. Atiku is going to comfortably win these regions. Forget about the APC structure, A Yoruba man cannot beat a core northerner here, it’s not possible. These parts of the country has herd mentality, last figures proves that. I buy a bag of rice for 25k, it lasts me for one year, the one paint rubber of beans for ₦2,300 every two months, 10 packs of pasta lasts me about four months. One carton of Gino tomato for around ₦4,200 lasts me for six months, other small cooking condiments can't be more than 3k. I also buy one paint rubber of garri for ₦900 each month.

Then I cook three soups and one stew per month, share them into five containers each and then put in the refrigerator.

1) No babe

2) I engage in intermittent fasting and eat only brunch—11-12 pm and eat dinner at 9pm.

3) Rice and bean 3 mudu and garri 6 mudu.

4) I apply red oil like anointing oil on the forehead. Oil for colour

Garri is always onboard. this is for a top-up.

N:b No be say I like my eating pattern, I'm just caught in between the line. I hope ulcer won't come visiting.

things have changed o. when i was in school 2007 to 2012, things were like 30% the price of things now. and student life na suffer life for those of us not from rich families. 5k was enough for the month. lol

I take processed plantain in place of garri . ( same way you make your wheat , semovita)
Tomato I buy little #500 if I will cook plantain porridge within the week .
Ice fish I don’t buy but a friend do gift me if it pleases him .
