But judging from your narrative, I don't think your husband is legally fit to have custody of your children... He was an abusive man and on top of that, he left your children under the care of his relatives, who could be ill treating them as we speak.

If he wants to be a father to his children, then he needs to step up and be one rather than letting his relatives fill his shoes when those children still have a mother that is legally fit to look after them and give them that motherly love.

The first thing I can suggest is that you consult with the social services and get yourself a state social worker who works under your jurisdiction, unless if you can afford a private social worker that's based around your area as well.

If your ex husband still proves to be difficult, then the social worker would advise you on steps to take from then on... But prepare yourself for a custody battle, because it won't be easy, he'll do anything in his power to discourage you.

The South-East Development Youth Stakeholders Forum has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu policies.

This was as the youths urged the President to consider Rochas Okorocha as the head of the South East Development Commission (SEDC).

At a press briefing in Abuja, the President South-East Development Youth Stakeholders Forum, John Onyewuchi Uba, said Okorocha stands tall among leaders from the zone who should head the organisation for the betterment of people in the South East.
