As I type this message, my heart is heavy.

Up till today, I have never known my genotype till I went to do medical fitness test for my job/employment process.

I've being dating by girlfriend for about two years and seven months now, and I've always seen her as a perfect match to me, not because she's perfect, but because she's very loyal, reserved and calm, respectful, teachable, willing to learn, beautiful and very supportive to say a few.

Kai, the thought of losing her is killing and unexplainable. She had been a BLESSING to me all these while.
We've really worked on ourselves and helped each other to overcome our weaknesses.

With the challenges of my new and better job, will I really have that time to woo women and start the process of working on a woman to blend and suit me?

And this is a girl I'm planning to settle down with by the middle of next year, after I must have gotten used to my new job.

I have always believed that my genotype would be AA, but I was wrong!

Somebody told me that there's nothing God can not do, that he has seen people giving testimonies about change of genotypes. I didn't doubt him, it's just that i'm not the "churchious" type who easily believe all those stories.

To the doctors and health practitioners we have here, how can one end sleepless nights?

I met this friend recently (a girl actually) on a WhatsApp group chat. It was 1am and I was bored by what I was doing so I started replying to the messages in the group chat. This girl replied too and I jokingly asked her why she was still awake at that time, she didn't seem so comfortable to answer the question in the group chat so we went private.

She explained that for over 5 years now she doesn't sleep at night. I was moved cos I'm the type that value sleep a lot.

Please what can she do to start sleeping again? According to her, she has taken so many medications yet to no avail. What could be a lasting solution to this.

She is not my girlfriend please, I'm just concerned and trying to help

CBT for insomnia is what she needs. I'm an insomniac too. sleeping pills no longer work on me but thank God studied heavily online and I later downloaded a PDF and learnt to use CBT for insomnia in no time I was improving even though my environment didn't make it possible for me to apply all the rules. The trick in CBT for insomnia is teaching ur body to sleep on d bed at particular times, just like Pavlov's dog, ring a bell severally b4 meal and soon the bell induces salivation. In a few weeks of application just lying on d bed in the dark will provoke or induce sleep. Send me a pm I'd send u d books and teach u how to apply it.

Sadly I don't watch for Harem stuff... I watch for content... If I am looking to see Harem I will casually enter Pornhub... I am always open to watching any kind of Anime, I watch all Genre...only Anime I was never really able to watch is One Piece... Tried to see it on several episodes but I could never get to episode 10...that Anime is Cancer... Anyways, I can name loads of Fan Service or Ecchi Anime I abandoned or didn't like... Even Fairy Tail with all the Epic Service I will probably rate a 5 or 6, don't really like the Anime but I will still rate it higher than HxH ✔️✔️
