For those having the "Verification Failed" when trying to take the exam.

How mine worked is that I just wrote a message with my NASIMS registration number to the admin through the chat icon that showed at the bottom right corner of your dashboard when you log in, telling them that I'm getting a "verification failed" message when trying to write the test. I don't know if they got the email and did something but after 24hour, I logged in with the same mail, went to the test portal, log in with my NASIMS ID Verification and the test started without any further problem.

Maybe it would work for you guys that way.

Got a text yesterday afternoon for Job interview in this form;

M.I.S. NIG, LTD. INVITES YOU FOR AN INTERVIEW TOMOROW, @DE-PATRICKS PLAZA,LAST FLOOR. BESIDE JETS FILLING STATION, BY ZIKS AVENUE AWKA, FDT003. TIME:9:00AM.

In summary. MIS means Mulberry Infinity Services. It's just their disguise name. They are simply NEOLIFE marketers or agent or whatever they call themselves. Why I categorise them as scammers is because they use misleading means to bring people into their program by extracting your number from somewhere and sending you fake Job interview invitation.
Instead of Just inviting you to come and participate in their seminar on how to join them, they lure you with fake Job interview invitation. It's a criminal activity. No integrity. Hidden agenda and they shouldn't be trusted.

Details of the story;
I couldn't find their information online so I called the number that sent me the message as I didn't remember applying for the Job. The Man told me it's an ICT company that works with Anambra state government. As an Electrical Engineer, I decided to attend.
On getting there, we were just three that came for the interview, we were ushered paper to answer 30 questions in 30mins, random question about your personality and your future aspirations. Then the second part of the interview was when the guy started giving us motivational talks, after that the one they said is the Boss, a Lady came in and continue her motivational and kinda brain washing talks. The next thing, they brought a form that we should register 18k or pay advance of any amount. We all withdrew politely by telling them we will get back to them that we don't have cash at hand. That was it.
I decided to post this here because if someone have posted something like this before me, I wouldn't have wasted my previous time and money going there today.

2. give a snob of big onions to eat and ease the pain.

I'm My school (UNIZIK) you can apply and repeat the whole session af if you started fresh. dont go on with such result as those pile of carryovers will keep dragging you
dowm as you will be reading and writing present and carryover courses same time. if your school allow for step down. then step down and repeat

for Nigerian Army. you start with private just like those that applied with SSCE.

but under Nigerian Navy, you will be given Seaman if you grasuated with a Lower Credit, but if you have upper credit, you will be promoted to Able Seaman

I think Air Force follow the Footsteps of the Nigerian Navy too

dhwils: Same thing I did... Got 3 forms too with same schools you applied for. Got admission into Uniben and Unizik too but couldn't get into UNN though I made the cut off. If the interview had been held maybe I would have gotten into too. Bottom line is buy as many forms as possible that's if you have the money to increase your chances of getting admission. Submit the forms at different times because I learnt the jamb officials frown at it.

I bought 3 jamb direct entry form last year, I:e 2☺13, and in each, I registered 3 federal universities as first choice and used state Unis to fill up the second choice space, dough I didn't buy the post de form of the state unis as I was only interested in the federal university. to cut the story short, I was offered admission in two of the federal universities I applied, that's UNIBEN and UNIZIK, while I didn't meet up with the 3rd school i.e. UNN cut off mark and that's y I was not offered admission there. So my point here is that its legal to purchase more than one DE form for a candidate. Goodluck

rationalmind: I just got confirmation that DE students cant apply for transfer. korm2me was right. My friend told me since one can only transfer once, your admission into 200L from another school or dept is considered one transfer already and as such, you no longer can transfer again.

@mannyiyke,rationalmind, odizeey, planetuzor, and d one and only Amiable Storm, I really appreciate you guys effort in pushing me to the gangway, I so much relish the love, oneness, modesty and maturity in here, Scanning through the posts on LN fora has helped me realise my inept in mitigating my admission for a paltry HND cert. I only hope the period of acceptance will not be expedited so that people can still expatiate to me the chances of switching to electrical from structural, honestly I no just gbadu structural and I don't wanna get timid with structural engineering at the long run.
