I think you are mixing up two different things
1. Having the Holy Spirit
2. Being Filled with the Holy Spirit

Having the Holy Spirit take place just once in your life at the point when you become BORN Again. It gives you the SEAL of God and Salvation. This is what give you the identity as a Child of God. It seldom come with any outward manifestation. The most common is an overwhelming peace and cleanliness you feel at the point of salvation. This is your Baptism of/into/by the Holy Spirit.

Being filled with the Holy Spirit is a COMMAND for every Christian. We are to DAILY filled with the Holy Spirit. Being filled with the Holy Spirit means being controlled (like being intoxicated with wine) by the Holy Spirit. Just like it takes a measure of drinking to become drunk, so it takes a measure of surrendering to become drunk in the Holy Spirit. When we get drunk with the Holy Spirit, it results in outward manifestations (an offshoot of the gifts of the Holy Spirit manifest) such as Speaking in Tongues, Prophetic manifestations, word of knowledge, Vision/Trance, Faith etc.

However, a few Christians may experience Both Salvation and Being FILLED simultaneously.

Many Christians actually confuse
Baptism of the Holy Spirit with
Being Filled with the Holy Spirit.

Water Baptism is a physical evidence to the Body of Christ that you have Being Born Again and can therefore become/included in the church. A person who is not born again but is baptized is NOT known by Christ!

A christian can't be possessed by a demon.
A born again christian is a new creature. He's no longer any curse. Though the devil will still try to bring old habits and generational issues if the Christian is ignorant of this. We put the devil in his place by affirming the word of God and who we are in Christ.

Leave the letters of paul and focus on the words of Jesus Christ since Paul does not table the commandments of Jesus Christ in any of His letters.

From the much you have posted, it is clear that you are either not even aware of the commandments of Jesus Christ(the New Covenant), or you are vehemently against obeying any and everything that is as commanded by Jesus Christ Himself of your person. Whichever one it is, posting random verses from the letters that Paul, himself a follower of Jesus Christ, wrote of His walk, to other followers of Jesus Christ, does not in any way help your cause at all.

The Spirit of God is a part of God... Yes, He is. He is not a person as in flesh and blood... He is the very Spirit that lived inside of Jesus Christ when He walked the earth, and now He lives inside of those who become followers of Jesus Christ.

If delving into work means obeying the commandments of Jesus Christ, then I am definitely where I need to be according to Jesus Christ. And yes, you can become worthy of becoming a follower of Jesus Christ, or do you think Jesus Christ lied when He commanded that those who will follow Him first do as He commands?

Just as the people of old had to obey God's commandments in order to receive the blessings that were attached to the Old covenant, the same way, you have to obey the commandments of Jesus Christ in order to receive the blessings that are attached with the New Covenant.

The only thing you have to become worthy of is service in the kingdom. God's spiritual blessings are in Jesus.

When a man steps into a seat that is meant to be occupied by God Himself/Jesus Christ/Spirit of God, that man takes the place of God in the lives of those impacted.

Jesus Christ continues His ministry, but He remains the ONLY Head, the Master/Teacher/Guide/Counselor/Comforter/Helper etc. to each and everyone who belongs to Him. That is what He said He is to be, and that is who He is to this day. Jesus Christ directs each and everyone who belongs to Him to do the Will of His Father through the Spirit of God installed inside of each of those souls who belong to Him. That is how His gospel(note, not the gospel and doctrines of men) is preached. That is how He performs miracles, and that is How He continues to, through His body, the body of those who belong to Him, accomplish the Will of the Father, here on earth.

Your churches are not of God especially since they are guided by the hands and minds of their business owners.... God's order does not correspond to man's idea of order. So

The Spirit of God is not a piece of God. The Spirit of God is a person. He is the Spirit of Christ. You are just delving into works. You really believe you can become "worthy" of Jesus Christ. Jesus' sacrifice is what makes us worthy to receive any spiritual blessing God has for us.

I never said men were to take Jesus' place. Jesus continues his ministry through his spirit men. Just ask yourself these simple questions, how is the gospel preached to others, how do people receive healing, how do miracles happen? They are all through God's spirit in men. The church is a structure set by God himself. God is a God or order

To perish means to die and be returned to the dust, the condemnation for sin that was imposed by God from the time of Adam.
Since those who believe in Jesus Christ are saved from the condemnation for sin, that is death, it means those who believe in Jesus Christ will indeed not perish because they will continue to live on, even after death -- they have eternal life.

Perish means eternal separation from God , not physical death. It's stated by God in genesis. Adam died spiritually before he died physically. "In dying you shall die...."

If you read carefully, the only authority He gave His followers is over sickness, and foul spirits... not over His own followers. Never over His followers, because He and He alone is the Master over His own.

As for the Church, Jesus Christ is the one and only Head over the body which is His church and no part is set higher than the other. The church you have that is run by men for the kingdom of men, is not the Church that belongs to Jesus Christ and it certainly is not of Jesus Christ.
LOL! When Jesus Christ commanded Peter to feed and care for His sheep in John 21, Jesus Christ indeed meant that He, Peter feed, and care for His sheep, as He detailed in Matthew 25 vs 31-40. Feed implies to give them food when hungry and give drink when thirsty. Care implying to cloth the naked, house the homeless, care for the sick and visit those in Prison. He did not set any one, not even Peter over His flock.

Does Jesus appear physically to teach and train believers? No. He does that through men he has set in the church.

Ephesians 4:11

According to the Gospel of John, believing has nothing to do with confessing it in the way you are likely taught to think of it in your churches.
Demons do believe and yes, if you remember some of the encounters Jesus Christ has with demons on the gospels, you will also recall that said demons they acknowlegde who He, Jesus Christ, is. Believing is simply accepting the truth of a thing, or in this case, the person of Jesus Christ. And no, demons don't have the Spirit of God.
Please do not miscontrue Paul's message in Romans 8.

According to the gospels, believing in Jesus Christ is not guarantee that one would have the spirit of God. The only guarantee given those who believe is that they have eternal life. Eternal life does not come with a guarantee of the Spirit of God. No! Only those who believe, and then become followers of Jesus Christ i.e. they submit to obeying Jesus Christ's commandments are promised the Spirit of God i.e. become worthy or born again.

What was the role of the Spirit of God? To serve as substitute for Jesus Christ, is it not? While He, Jesus Christ, was alive, there was no need for a substitute for His person since He was there as their Master/Teacher/guide/counsellor/comforter/helper etc.
The Spirit of God was in Jesus Christ throughout His journey with them and so they had no need for any substitutes. He, Jesus Christ was there with His followers all the way so they did not have to worry about having the Spirit of God living inside of them i.e. become born of the Spirit of God. He anointed them all so they were His and He was there as there Master in the flesh.

After He departed, then His followers, whom He promised He would not leave as orphans, received the very Spirit of Jesus Christ(the Spirit of Truth) as substitute for Jesus Christ.
So? That does not change anything about their being His followers though and He being their Master. That they doubted does not mean they did not believe in Him. I am not sure what you are getting at here.
John 3 does not tell you of those who will end up in Hell. It only tells you of those who will receive eternal life. If you want to learn of those who will end up in Hell ETERNALLY, you would have to visit Jesus Christ's teachings on those who will be pushed into Hell. Be sure to note that those who will burn in Hell, will do so ETERNALLY.. meaning they have eternal life for them to burn in Hell for eternity.

I have a question for you, do you have the holy spirit in you? If so, how and when did you have him?
