Napoli and Nigeria's Victor Osimhen has been diagnosed with a head trauma after the Napoli striker was knocked unconscious in the game against Atalanta.

The player who's team was trailing away from home was unconscious for a while towards the end of the game after an aerial challenge.

The Nigeria international fell awkwardly in the final minute of the 4-2 defeat following a collision with Cristian Romero and hit the back of his head on the turf.

He was drifting in and out of consciousness, so was rushed to the ambulance at the side of the pitch and taken to the local hospital in Bergamo for tests.

A Napoli statement confirms Osimhen has been diagnosed with head trauma, but the other tests all came back clear.

Fortunately, there do not seem to be any other red flags from the tests he had at the Papa Giovanni XXIII hospital in Bergamo.

He will remain in Bergamo overnight under observation before he is released to join his Napoli teammates.

Osimhen has had numerous health problems since joining Napoli, as he dislocated his shoulder on international duty in November and contracted COVID-19 over the Christmas break.

Nigerian-British defender Fikayo Tomori is on loan to AC Milan and believes in the scudetto (League) project already. He was featured all through the Coppa Italia semi final game against Inter with an impressive performance.

Fikayo Tomori stressed Milan ‘must believe in the Scudetto’, said Paolo Maldini convinced him and hopes to write history with the Rossoneri.

The 23-year-old arrived on loan with an option to buy this month and has already played his first game in the Coppa Italia.

He seems set to start in the League against Bologna this weekend and revealed the players at Milan ‘all believe in the Scudetto’.

“I arrived with Milan first in the table,” he said at a press conference. “We have to believe in the Scudetto.

“It would be a great result. We shouldn’t be afraid to talk about the Scudetto, we all believe in it.”

Tomori impressed on his debut against Inter in the Derby della Madonnina, but Milan were eventually eliminated from the Coppa Italia.

In what appears to be a leaked orgy video, Hon. Willie Amadi was caught in the act recording his sex-capade in a three-some. One wonders if it was deliberate or a set up and we sincerely hope others learn from these scandals.

This video is not in any way an assassination of character but a call for caution to keep private dealings discrete.

An Imo State Magistrate Court sitting at Umundugba, Isu local government area, Imo State has convicted a 20-year old school leaver Peter Nwoke for being the mastermind of a simulated group sex video. The sex video which recently went viral featured the Public Complaints Commissioner, Chief Willie Amadi.

The prosecution informed the court that soon after getting a formal complaint from Chief Willie Amadi, the police set up a team of detectives to bring to book all those involved in the alleged crime.

It was after a painstaking investigation by the detectives that Peter Nwoke was arrested and he volunteered a confessional statement.

Peter was charged according to Section 373 of Criminal Code Cap C38 Laws of the Federation 2004, Imo State. He pleaded guilty to the charge after the charge was read to him and he appears to understand the same. He explained the ordeal and how he got hold of the video which he leaked online.

After he gave an account of the crime, Magistrate C.P Nnoromele found him guilty for defamation under Section 373 of Criminal Code Cap C38 LFN 2004. He was convicted and sentenced to one-year imprisonment. According to the Magistrate, this would serve as a deterrent to other young people who may be threading on such a dastardly path.

Chief Wilie Amadi has however remained silent about the whole incident.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Lukaku has a bit of misunderstanding during last night's game between Inter and Milan. The game ended in a victory for the Nezzaruzi but had so much emotions, tensions and grit in between.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Romelu Lukaku were involved in a scuffle at the end of the first half of Inter-Milan with the Inter forward who was physically restrained by his teammates.

The attackers went head to head before the break and according to Rai Sport it was Ibrahimovic who provoked Lukaku in the first place.

The 27-year-old didn’t take it well and confronted the Swede going face to face with him.

Inter sources quoted by Rai say their striker was “heavily insulted” by the Swede.

Lukaku apparently told Ibra “stop laughing at me” while Ibra hit back: “Come on then, let's go” while grinning.

The referee Paolo Valeri booked both of them, but somehow it was not enough to stop the dispute.

When the match official blew the whistle for the half time break, Ibra quickly made his way into the tunnel, while Lukaku was physically restrained by his teammates.

The Belgian continued insulting Ibra while his teammates were trying to stop him.

The Czech football federation claims Josef Bican scored 821 official goals and not 759, meaning Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo has not broken his record.

The Portuguese superstar scored his 760th career goal in the 2-0 win over Napoli in the Supercoppa Italiana on Wednesday.

Opta has registered 759 goals for Bican and Ronaldo thus broke his all-time goalscoring record for club and country.

But the Czech football federation published a statement with an updated number and claims Ronaldo must score 62 more goals to overcome their hero.

“The History and Statistics committee of the Czech FA counted all the goals scored by the legendary Josef Bican and we can declare he scored 821 goals in official matches,” the Czech Football Team wrote on Twitter.

Brazilian legend Pele insisted earlier this month, when Ronaldo scored his 758th goal, that he was not yet beaten and then updated his goal tally to 1,283 goals.

Brazilian legend Pele insists Cristiano Ronaldo has not yet beaten his all-time record for scoring goals, updating his tally to 1,283.

Juventus striker Ronaldo made history on Sunday with a brace in the 4-1 Serie A victory over Udinese.

That took him to 758 goals in official matches, ahead of Pele’s recorded 757.

He is now only behind Josef Bican’s remarkable 805 goals, set from 1931 to his retirement in 1957 in Austria and the Czech Republic.

However, just hours after CR7 reached 758 goals, Pele updated the biography on his official Instagram page with this note.

“Leading Goal Scorer of All Time (1,283).”

This is a heavily-disputed tally that includes goals scored during friendlies, tours and testimonials.

Pele played from 1956-77 for Santos, the New York Cosmos and his nation Brazil.

If Ronaldo were to calculate the goals he scored in friendlies, then it may well be able to rival Pele’s claim.

Taking life is wrong but the young man met his water loo. Kill by the gun, die by the gun. Rumor has it that he made a list of people to kill with his dad being one of them. Drug addiction and cultism is ravaging our youths.

Tragedy struck Eziobodo Town ( host community to Federal University of Technology Owerri) As angry mob attacked, caught and linched a young man to death after he butchered his father with a matchet.

The boy has been a torn in the flesh of the community as he was addicted to hard drugs (Heroine) aka Guzoro. The incident occurred mid-day of November the 9th 2020 when he came home, had a slight argument with his father who refused gaining him entry to the house because he stabbed a relative the day before for no reason.

This angered the young man who came home high on drugs with blood in his eyes. Ozioma, the young man attacked his father and cut him severally on his head, arms and other parts of the body then took off.

The youths of Eziobodo town swept into action as he was chased down by angry mob who later caught up with him somewhere around the village, beat him to pulp and tied up just so he wouldn't escape.

Sadly, the young man who is also a member of a cult group had sympathizers who wanted to help him escape while the police was called in to arrest him as well.

Angered by his refusal to apologize or show remorse for what he did, he was linched and burned alive.

The father was rushed to several hospitals before FMC Owerri took him in for emergency treatment. It appears the old man is recuperating and hopefully will survive.

4. Zen Cart

Not too fancy, not as easy to use for newbies but Zen Cart has been around for ages now. It is also very stable and secure. It sure has its very own fan-base

This may not be a modern eCommerce platform but one of the best open-source solutions. If you’re a fan of old school templates (HTML-based primarily) and do not need a whole lot of extensions but just the basics, you can try it out.

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this for a new project – but just because it is still an active platform, feel free to experiment on it if you like it.

5. Magento

Surprisingly, closed source software giant Adobe owns this solution but it is part of its open source offerings.

An Adobe-owned open-source eCommerce platform that is potentially better than WordPress (depending on your preferences obviously).

Magento is completely tailored for e-commerce applications – so you will find a lot of essential features easy to use while offering advanced customizations as well.

However, when utilizing the open-source edition, you might miss some of the features available in their hosted offering. You can refer to their comparison guide for details. Of course, you can self-host it but if you want a managed hosting support, that’s available as well.

6. Drupal

Drupal is another powerful open-source CMS platform that is suitable for creating an eCommerce website.

I’ve never used it – so I’m not really sure of its flexibility but looking at its list of modules (Extensions) and themes available on its official site, it looks like you can do almost everything you need for an eCommerce platform easily.

You should be able to install it easily on any web server just like you install WordPress – so give it a try and see how it goes. You can even download the latest releases and check out the project on their download page.

7. Joomla

Personally, i’ll rate this my number two web development tool or CMS but for the sake of an e-commerce website, i chose to list it as follows.

It can handle an e-commerce website project easily with it’s extensions and vast theme collection.

Joomla! is a free and open-source content management system (CMS) for publishing web content. Over the years Joomla! has won several awards. It is built on a model–view–controller web application framework that can be used independently of the CMS that allows you to build powerful online applications.

Joomla! is one of the most popular website softwares, thanks to its global community of developers and volunteers, who make sure the platform is user friendly, extendable, multilingual, accessible, responsive, search engine optimized and so much more.

8. Odoo eCommerce

If you like controlling your e-commerce solutions offline and online with need for a superb point of sale technology then Odoo is the solution

In case you didn’t know, Odoo offers a suite of open source business apps. They also offer open source accounting software and CRM solutions that we’ve covered in a separate list.
