UPDATE
I got a shock of my life today at Alausa NIS office in Lagos today.

100% DIY.
Captured 4th May 2022.

I was there today to check for collection and was told my passport is not ready again. I made further inquiry in the collection room and was told that the reason for the delay is because my file was missing in the production room.

I was advised to reopen another file with all my application documents at Servicom so that they can complete the production. I almost collapse. Imagine hearing this after waiting for almost five months after capturing.

Finally picked up my passport today at Alausa.
Applied in April, captured in May. Team DIY.

I finally received an SMS from NIS to come collect my passport that it is ready.
