Lifting chemistry pathology from OAU is another tales by moonlight story like Naija team beating India 100-0. Maybe it was one of your lazy lecturers who copied US medical exam questions.

Per British Medical Exams Plab. How many Naija fresh medical drs can pass it at one attempt? Not many.
Ghana, S/Africa, Grenada have higher pass rate than Naija.

Fact is, Naija medicine is good for Naija, but cannot compete with US and Carribean medical education systems… without relearning, retraining and accountability mindset.

UWI, the largest govt-owned university system in the carribean, produces better qualified doctors than Naija. Their USMLE1 pass rate is at par with Private Unis affiliated with US schools and financiers.
