Votes of Igbos alone right?

If a re-run were to be conducted between Tinubu and Obi today, Obi will win only SE and lose every other region badly despite the hardships in the land.

Hard core obidients have turned everyone to enemies. They made many people especially Yorubas who voted for PO regret that decision.

I'm sure the likes of Falz and Mr Macaroni are regretting their decisions to support the obidient movement with the tribal bashings coming from the Igbos these days.

You curse and hate on a tribe that gave your son over 40% of their votes because Tinubu is from their region?

As for core Notherners- Fulani & Hausa, I am sure you already know their Anti-Igbo sentiments. They would vote for a Ghanian or Kenyan as President over an Igbo man.

Pre-Presidential elections, I no see any Nairalander wey carry Obi matter for head reach me. I was everywhere. It was after the election my eyes opened. For me and many other Non-Igbos, it was about voting who we felt was the best at that point while for you guys, it was more of a tribal contest.

You guys need to learn to build alliances, relationship is key in anything man does. Trust me
I even fought my Mother over Obi, when she tild me she supported Tinubu!

E be like say dem jazz me.

'The most intelligent person...' bla bla bla

You are not making sense oga!
What nonsenss are you typing? So a humanbeing of 30years old with Intelligence IQ score pegged at 400 is not far far more intelligent than professor of 80years old with intelligent IQscore pegged at 100?

So a 25years old with intelligence score of 90 : while not necessarily being a true indicator and Precise reflection of lesser cognitive skills, should not be generally described as being less intelligent than a 30years old with an IQ score of 200?

I would have some pity on your stupidity if the comparison class was below 25 and someone above 25.
Since the human brain is fully developed at age 25 . And sb scoring 120 on intelligence Scales at 25 will not suddenly score 500 IQ scales at 80. Thus, except for minors, whose brains are still under development, from a Neurology and Psychometrics point of view, The intelligence of two Adults humans, say sb at 25, can Directly be compared to the intelligence of a 70years old professor. Age not withstanding because Sb with intelligence IQ rating of 70 at 25, will not suddenly score 600 at age 70.

The Analogy of Eisten's understanding is vital because, his low intellectual grasping abilities at that age and lower quantitative and logical Reasoning aptitude at the age cited, would have definitely put him at lower IQ scores at that age compared to his agemates.

The most intelligent person in a room even raking highest in Psychometrics intelligent quotient scales. is not Always the smartest .and the Smartest person in a room is not necessarily the most intelligent. The intelligence quotient is the standard SI unit for measuring intelligence. And 2/3rds of the human population have an average score ranging from 85 to 100. Thus, Human beings with IQ scores pegged at 150 and above, are some of the most intelligent humans who ever walked the planet.

Kim Kardashian has an IQ of 190. Steve Jobs.intellligent quotient IQ is estimated at an average of 160 maximum.
Kim Kardashian is not smarter than Steve Jobs.

Beyounce with IQ score of 134 is one of the SMARTEST musicians alive on the planet today, with the greatest grammies Most Grammies won by any Musician in a lifetime . But she is not necessarily the MOST INTELLIGENT MUSICIAN .
Just as Grammy is highest award for musical excellence for a musician so is oscar to an actor. Katharine Hepburn is one of the SMARTEST ACTORS IN THE WORLD with the most Oscar statuettes in the history of the world, but Katharine Hepburn is NOT THE MOST INTELLIGENT.
The most intelligent person in a room even raking highest in Psychometrics intelligent quotient scales. is not Always the smartest .and the Smartest person in a room is not necessarily the most intelligent

https://archive.nytimes.com/bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/05/28/whos-smarter-bill-gates-or-mark-zuckerberg/

Bill Gates is one of the smartest computrr scientist alive on planet earth today. But he is not Necessarily the Most Intelligent computer scientist on planet earth.
Wow!!!

Have you done an IQ test yourself?

If you do one and it is above average, I will be very surprised.

Actually, it is NOT even possible for it to be.

Something around 100 or less should be right for you.

1. Where did you get IQ scores of 600 or 400 from?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Do you have any idea what your are talking about?

🤣🤣🤣🤣

I know you have had to read a lot about this in a short while and you are obviously 'cornfused'

2. Stop throwing words around, it actually makes seem less intelligent and desperate.

3. I compared IQ scores of a 12 year old and a 37 year old, to tell you it will be based on scores of age groups.

It is a problem solving test, so it will be based on the problem solving abilities of different mental age groups.

So I don't understand what you are frothing about the mouth about.

25 and 30 year olds are in the same mental age group.

25 year old and 12 year olds are not.

4. Who told you Einstein had a low IQ?

Where is it recorded he had a low IQ?

I feel sorry for you.

You have extrapolated his poor performance in school and used that to determine his IQ.

Is that not mental?

Absolutely nuts.

Do you understand that something as little as a child seeing his parents fight everyday could affect performance?

Does that make him unintelligent?

How about hearing problems or ADHD?

5.

Again you have mentioenes IQ of 600.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It is obvious you don't know how this works.

Read more about it and come back.

6.
Where did Kim Kardashian score 190 on IQ test?

🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well a dumbo like you would believe that anyway, so it is understandable.

7.
You seem to be measuring smartness based on career success.

What exactly are you driving at.

So if A musician has more Grammies, or an actor has more Oscars, he is automatically smarter than his contemporaries.

How can this make sense to you?

🤣🤣🤣🤣

Are those awards given for how smart people are?
🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Is that the pre-requisite for giving those awards by those bodies.

'IQ of 600...'

Christ!

DangoteIvy:
While IQ tests are generally considered to measure some forms of Intelligence, and helpful in gauging some forms of academic ability/capacity, They fail to serve as an accurate Absolute precise measure of broader definitions of human mental intelligence inclusive of, for example, creativity, emotional intelligence EQ and social intelligence.

subcategories of Intelligence includes emotional intelligence EQ and social intelligence, .

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intelligence_quotient

Creative Ability to rearrange everyday theories to find innovative exceptional solutions never seen before by mankind , is one of highest form of intelligence not properly gauged by an IQ Test, in addition to all encompassing intelligence including social intelligence, Emotional lntelligence, etc For this reason, even so called IQ TESTS are not truly encompassing.

The value of IQ as an Absolute measure of intelligence altogether is thus even disputable in seasoned intellectuals circles of the highest intellectual echelons.

The most intelligent person in a room even raking highest in Psychometrics intelligent quotient scales. is not always the smartest .and the smartest person in a room is not necessarily the most intelligent.
Now I know you are truly daft!

Who said IQ tests are the only measure of measuring intelligence?

What are you going on about?
Who brough IQ tests up?

I have told you that IQ tests are evolving and will still evolve.

Did they mention IQ tests in the story of the Imafioson family?

The crux of the matter was you saying intelligence does not mean smartness or vice-versa, which only shows you don't understand basic grammar.

Pray tell, give me another word for intelligence.

So before they started using the IQ test in the early 1900s, there was no way to know if someone was smarter than another?

Were there no Geniuses or Scholars over the past thousands of years?

Albert Eisten IQ score estimated at 160.
11year old boy Yusuf Shah beat Albert Eisten with an IQ score of 162. But he is not necessarily smarter than Albert Eisten.

RENOWNED MATHEMATICIAN David Hilbert once remarked about young Eisten "EVERY BOY IN THE STREET OF GOTTINGEN UNDERSTANDS MORE ABOUT FOUR DIMENSIONAL GEOMETRY THAN EISTEN" BURN

Albert Eisten was not the most intelligent but he was incredibly smarter than most physicists in history. Even way smarter than your physics professor, who may even rank higher than Albert Eisten on Intelligence tests.
The most intelligent is not necessarily the smartest. And the smartest in a room is not necessarily the most intelligent. Choke on that BURN
🤣🤣🤣🤣

There is nothing to choke on.

1. So you know, people have disputed the conventional IQ tests as not being all encompassing.
They usually favour a certain skill set more than others.

Which is the reason they have been revised several times and will continue to be.

2. IQ scores for very intelligent people in history have estimated, as there were no such tests before.

3. IQ tests are done age for age... so it is a child of 12 years against other children of a similar age group and not a child of 12 and an maths professor of 37years.

4. Your analogy on Einstein's understanding of geometry is pointless.

Children learn differentyl and might struggle to learn just because they have poor eyesight, have hearing problems, have ADHD, are bored or have bad teachers.

So there is nothing to gloat about!

Childish really.

5. Your score of 160 for Einstein was estimated, as he was not recorded to have done an IQ test.

Some even say he would have had an IQ up to 190.

So what exactly were you trying to say again?

The child in Igboho exposed to much suffering may score far far higher in EQ emotional intelligence tests which quantifies empathy, etc but the child in Usa may score higher in IQ intelligence quotient tests. Still it is not 100% certain especially with the world being a global village and with access to internet and library resources, The child in Igboho may still score higher than the one in USA, IN aptitudes tests and Logical reasoning and other markers of the Intelligence quotient IQ test.

But if they have same intelligence quotient score, then the child in Igboho would Grasp the same laboratory experiments at the same average pace as the one with the nuclear scientists if taught the same identical concepts.

Environment can influemce but the correlation is not absoulte.
[b] THAT IS WHY YOU HAVE SOME VERY INTELLIGENT CHILDREN FROM IGBOHO secondary schools AND NIGERIA local schools BEING TOP OF THEIR UNIVERSITY CLASS IN USA🇱🇷; graduating with first class in Usa, Japan, . Despite coming from Africa and not having advanced technological experience and environmental advantage as their coursemates who have spent their entire nursery and primary school in usa with the best educational and technologival system compared to Nigeria.
Oga, you trying to explain scoring higher in EQ shows how little you know about this.

Laughable really.

Emotional intelligence is more of a social skill than mental, so has nothing to do with this discussion.

That they put intelligence does not mean it is about smarts.

Again about the twins...

Forget the world being a global village.
Thr child in the village only attended Primary school and nothing else.

His brain development in a certain regard will be stunted from then on.

Have you wondered why primary school mates who were similar in their thinking and intelligence will mett 20 years after and there will be a wide gap in their thinking that they cannot even talk for 30 minutes ( again)?

Nigerians that leave school here to do well abroad, were doing well here, had developed the right synapses and were smart.

Usually our bests students go there and continue doing well there.

The Garage boy who did not finish primary school, will not go there to top the class-- except his is the exception to the rule.

Take creativity for instance.

A study was done in children that showed creativity dropped exponentially in children depending on thr envirinment they grew up in.

From like 95% at 5 years to about 50 percent at 10 years old.

Again the child in Igboho who did not complete his basic schooling will NOT do better than the one whi was raised by Genius parents and was exposed to intelligent concepts from childhood.

Because hos brain has simply not developed.

If from birth, your eyes were covered for several years, you will lose the ability to see-- it is simple as that.

Though your eyes are fine and your brain is fine, it will never form the connection with the other.

That is also how inyelligence works.

Money unfortunately seems to be your S.I unit for snartness which shows how shallow you are.

Yes, but what you understand as cinemas today wasn't what cinemas were back in the 70s. Back then, cinemas were venues for watching stage plays and theatrical performances. I'm not saying that there were no motion pictures at the time but these films were typically owned and controlled by TV networks. Hollywood revolutionized this space and started broadcasting films on reels nationwide in cinemas.

There have always been motion pictures like Charlie Chaplin's shows broadcasted on network TVs, however, these were not Hollywood movies. Hollywood's ingenuity lay in the commercialization of the movie industry, which gave rise to independent motion-picture studios across Hollywood, LA. They established a production and distribution network capable of global scalability.

This same innovation is what led to the birth of Nollywood. Fortunately, the advent of VHS cassettes made the commercialization of production and distribution of Nigerian movies more accessible.
Sorry, this is not making sense.

The keyword here is commercialization which gave birth to both Nollywood and Hollywood.

You guys need to take a chill pill, this constant supremacy battles are unnecessary. Nollywood, just like it's American counterpart Hollywood, means commercialization of film production and distribution.
So Hollywood started with VHS films?

🤣

You have not finished, provide the dates they were produced, the production company and how many copies were sold. This is where I would catch you in your lies. You are not even confident with what you wrote.
Don't be silly....

People have mentioned on this thread the names of the producers and years they were made.

About the number of copies, how am I supposed to know?

Did I make the films?

Oga stop displaying ignorance, I dare you to mention that film by a yoruba man done either in the 70s or 80s and also mention the production company and the marketing company and also mention the number of copies sold.
Also Living in Bondage started with VHS as well if you must know in 1993 exactly.
Ayanmoo

Aiyekooto

Ekun...

Those are examples.

Happy?

An overhyped movie, Jagunjagun definitely sets the bar high for what a Nigerian movie can achieve.

However, the story is bland

The CGI is 90s quality.

Most of the unpopular actors are dull and unconvincing in their roles.

Mr Macaroni has no place in a movie of this magnitude, such a dull actor.

All that aside, I'm particularly impressed by Lateef and Femi Adebayo. My favorite scene was when the confronted one another with Ogundiji saying, "Gbotija, Ò ma kéré, o kéré ọ binti. Ah! Ọtí gun igi kọja ewé..."

Another scene I loved was when Lateef was locked in a coffin underwater while shouting incantations.

I understand Nigerians mostly gave this movie a 10/10 due to the euphoria of having seen a production that is probably unprecedented in Nollywood history.
Think it is overhyped in all truth, but by Nigerian standards, 'twas okay.

...omo, but that coffin in the river scene, gives ne goose-bumps.

It was crazy!

Lmao, you know why I’m not surprised. You come from a jungle. You should be grateful to Yorubas that evolved your ancestors, if not you will still be in the bush walking around naked. We know your history. Your people were naked walking around, described as uncivilized and idle. So I don’t expect much from you.
What the fxck?!

Where did you get that from please?
I want to read more.

Wow!
