I'm not saying that Ibadan does not have cool places, of course, Dugbe m, Mokola, Eleyele etc are nice places but you and I know that Ibadan is mostly a see of rusty roofs and dilapidated building thay should not exist in a modern city. There's no city in Nigeria that does not have a good number of these type of structure but the ratio in Ibadan seem to be much higher than an average southeastern city.

In Enugu for example, if you go to areas like Abakpa, Obiagu. Caol camp and Emene, you will see such type of brown roofs but the ratio very low compare to all the building in Enugu generally.

In Onitsha, you will also find brown roofs in Okpoko, some parts of Awada and nkpor but aside these places, you will hardly see them. But that's not the case with most southwest cities. Even in the city centre, you can find buildings with brown roofs

What is the size of your Cities and Ibadan.
