HealthRe: Help I Can't Cum!! by healthpriority: 6:38am On May 03, 2019
chuckwizzy:
This is a long story but it's Kinda emotional and weird
I'm about to turn 20. I just had sex for the first time tonight. I was having sex for so long... I couldn't cum, I tried different styles but still nothing.

Ever since I was 17 I usually masturbate to porn. I became so addicted to porn. Without it I can't get an erection.

I was having sex with her I was actually thinking of porn stars just to still remain hard. She even gave me head and a hand job. Still nothing, I got tired and stopped.

I later went to the toilet to masturbate to porn. Please I need help.
hello chuckwizzy, please send us a chat on WhatsApp...we are here to help you

HealthWhat's Your First Priority? by healthpriority(op):
Today, more than 95% of all the chronic diseases is caused by food choice, toxic foods, ingredients, nutritional deficiencies and lack of exercise. Your body will be around a lot longer than any material thing. But we don't seem to care

Ok, Let me tell you a Story

Last Month, I decided to service my car because it was giving me signals already and also to enhance performance.
I changed
* Engine oil N4,500
* Change of all four tyres which cost about N105,000
* Did Wheel Balancing & Alignment for N3,500
* Also paid for Servicing and Workmanship cost; N15,000.
After everything i drove down to the filling station to fill up my Fuel tank with 20,000

The Total money i spent was N150,000. Because i appreciated the mechanic guys.

Then i got home that day trying to calculate how much i have spent so far in the month and a thought crossed my mind; that if i can spend this money just to make the car look good and last long for me i should be able to spend much more on myself because my health is more IMPORTANT. Then i remembered stories i have heard and seen in the course of my work, that people complained of simple signs & symptoms of one ailments or the other and died... Then I asked myself this question.. WHAT IS MY FIRST PRIORITY?

And now I want you to answer yours.

* HOW MUCH HAVE YOU SPENT THIS YEAR TO SERVICE YOUR BODY?

We drive through dust at times, inhale all kind of unclean and highly polluted air, drink some water we don't know their sources, eat pizza, meat pie, fried chicken, hamburgers, drink coke and the likes, and all other hazardous condiments.
We then engage the computer and phone without minding our gradual exposure to radiations. .and then we say we are "chilling"

*Now ponder on this*

*When last did you have a medical checkup? *How healthy is your lifestyle?
*What efforts are you making to maintain optimum capacity of your body's internal organs?

* The Oil Filter is the Liver
* Fuel Pump is your Heart
* Air Filter is the Lungs
* The Plugs in your body is your Pancreas
* The Chemical Filters will your Kidney
* Your eyes are the head lamps
* Your legs are the tyres
* Your veins and the intestine are the wires and the hoses
HealthSigns To Note That You Need To Cleanse Your Liver by healthpriority(op): 11:48am On May 01, 2019
* Abdominal bloating
* Pain or discomfort over the liver( right upper abdominal area under the rib cage)
* Excessive abdominal fat (potbelly; or a roll around the upper abdomen)
* Trouble digesting fatty foods
* Had your gall bladder removed
* Acid reflux/ Heartburn
* Dark spot on the skin commonly referred to liver spot
* Overheating of the body & excessive perspiration
* acne/rosacea, itchy or blotchy skin
* Unexplained weight gain & inability to lose weight even with calorie restriction

HealthImportance Of Vitamin D by healthpriority(op): 11:48am On Apr 30, 2019
Do you know that Unlike other vitamins, vitamin D functions like a hormone, and every single cell in your body has a receptor for it?
The recommended daily intake (RDI) is usually around 400–800 IU, but many experts say you should get even more than that.
It's estimated that about 1 billion people worldwide have low levels of the vitamin D in their blood.

RISK FACTORS
1.Being elderly.
2.Being overweight or obese.
3.Not eating much fish or dairy.
4.Living far from the equator where there is little sun year-round.
5.Always using sunscreen when going out.
6.Staying indoors.
7.Having dark skin

other symptoms of Vitamin D are: hair loss and impaired sound healing.

Are you lacking Vitamin D or you feel any of theses SYMPTOMS regularly.. consult us TODAY. What are you still waiting for?

I am an adult male, 21 years old
I’ve been masturbating since I was around 15. I also started having sex about 3 years ago.
However, about a month ago, I noticed my ejaculation was bloody when I had sex with my girlfriend. I didn’t think too much of it as I thought it must have been due to the fact that I have stayed off sex and masturbation for a while so the pressure ruptured - vein or two
Then, I masturbated today and I noticed the ejaculation was still very much bloody and reddish.
I’ll like to inquire on what could be wrong with me
N.B: I do not feel any pain whatsoever during or after ejaculating
please chat me up on WhatsApp... Through the link...I need to ask more questions....this is serious

HealthRe: When Should I Tell Family Members That I'm Pregnant? by healthpriority: 6:16am On Apr 29, 2019
Growingapp:
I'm 10 weeks pregnant, and I'm not sure when to tell my parents, my brother, and my husband's parents. I've had two miscarriages in the past -- both after I told my relatives I was pregnant. Our families are coming to visit this week. Should I go ahead and tell them in person, or wait until I'm past the first trimester?

A miscarriage is your body's way of getting rid of an unhealthy or abnormal pregnancy. That's the way that I look at it. I had one child already when I had my first miscarriage. After that I had another girl and now I'm pregnant with my 3rd. I don't see anything wrong with sharing the news. It's not going to "cause" a miscarriage just because you told too early. If you're excited about it, tell it! Let your family be excited too. It is almost impossible for a woman to not get discouraged and stress out over the possiblity of another miscarriage. Whatever is meant to be will happen. Good luck, Mothers!

Any other opinion?

HealthRe: Problem With Eyesight by healthpriority: 10:18am On Apr 27, 2019
Karrma:
Good day Doctors in the house and other nairalanders, i've been having blurry vision for the past two weeks and i noticed red veins on my sclera (the white part in the eyes) also. This is the first time I'm experiencing something like this. What could be the cause and is there a remedy for this?
Thank you in advance.
Red eyes are not always easy to deal with. You can see from the following list that the causes of red veins in eyes can be extensive:

Dry eyes – this can lead to irritation of the eye. Chronic dry eye or Sjogren’s syndrome, which is an autoimmune disease, can lead to severe dry eyes.
Sun and dust particles – exposure to either can cause redness, especially when the person starts to rub their eyes.
Foreign objects – when a foreign object gets into the eye, it has the potential to cut the eye, creating redness.
Allergic reactions – substances like dander, pollen, mold, and dust lead to allergic reactions for some people.
Trauma – this can be caused by too much straining or even coughing.

There are so many others but first you would be checked up on before any recommendation can be given.
HealthBlood Pressure: Why Is It Important by healthpriority(op): 10:11am On Apr 27, 2019
Blood pressure is important because the higher your blood pressure is, the higher your risk of health problems in the future. If your blood pressure is high, you are putting extra strain on your arteries and on your heart. Over time, this strain can cause the arteries to become thicker and less flexible or become weaker, more narrow making them more likely to become clogged up(known as clot) and this can lead to heart attack, stroke, kidney disease or dementia.

The good news is that there are many ways in which you can lower your blood pressure and put less strain on your arteries. All you have to do is:

1. Regular Checks
2. Good Nutrition
3. Physical Activity

*And this is possible*
