For me, the present political regions should be elevated into state status through a merger scheme. Thus Nigeria will become a nation of six states. All the present local government areas shall remain where they fall. However, for reason of equity more local governments will be created to ensure equality of area governments in the six states of the federation.

Financial contribution at the centre should come from states OR enhanced revenue sharing be allowed where the centre gets a maximum of 35%
External relations, issues of ecology and the ARMY becomes items of exclusive list.
The three tiers to derive funds directly from the FEDERATION account.

Life is unambiguously a stage. Every stage has its stresses and challenges. The definition of success on the aggregate can only be defined by God and or by society. A rich man who is faithless and irresponsible is a failure, so God said. For the society, woman on her own is stress and big challenge. To manage a woman plus children plus ability to pay your social dues yet remain married makes the man a success. The foregoing may sound wrong generalisation because some men are rubbish. No genuine success can come without support & stress. The single rich guy can fail When the chips are down. You need the support & stress of a woman to be adjudged success.
Imagine attending the burial of an unmarried rich man with 30 buildings & 8 cars & an illegitimate girl child. Would you call him a success?
