maasoap:I have very little patience for idiots. What we are facing now is far too serious to entertain mischievous nitwits. It is Igbo or Yoruba or Calabar or Itsekiri herdsmen that are roaming around like bastards from one forest to the other, looking for travellers to kidnap off nearby highways? Anyone trying to deny the fact that we are dealing with Fulani pestilence must be ostracised. Just get lost. |
azzima:You're far off man. Checkpoints have nothing to do with the security threat posed by Fulani bandits. These bastards emerge from the surrounding bushes or valleys, swoop on travellers or residents, and shepherd them, ON FOOT, back into the bushes. I don't know what checkpoints have to to with this. |
Kushites:You're a bastard and you will die a miserable death. Buffoon like you talking thrash. All I see is tribe means what? What else is there to see? Lunatic. |
Just look at the swathe of Yoruba names littered across the list of 30 parasites that travelled on the presidential jet for the jamboree. Is this how to run a country? A multi ethnic, heterogeneous country for that matter? This is disgusting. |
Princewill1:Forget all this bro. The ONLY way to stop this madness is to hire an entire brigade of foreign mercenaries, equipped with all the relevant tools and technologies (including the drones you speak of), and grant them full autonomy to do their thing on a semi permanent basis - answerable to only the president or his trusted NSA/DSS chief or Army Chief. Jonathan did it with Boko Haram and achieved startling results within only a few weeks. If you expect our thoroughly compromised, incompetent and highly corrupt security agencies with their clueless operatives to do the job, then your optimism borders on wishful thinking. Of course a character like Tinubu lacks the political will or the conscientious humanity to do the right thing. The only 'tough' decisions he can take are those that benefit himself and immiserate the masses. |
Sonofgod1990:Where was she kidnapped? |
He will end up with Kano Pillars eventually. |
The same useless Lagos that odious tribalistic imps are quick to talk down on Nigerians of other ethnic groups? The same Lagos where retards shout 'go and vote in Anambra' during elections? You're mad. Don't provoke me this morning. Let Lagos be the capital of Odedewa or whatever Republic they want to name themselves. Nigeria's federal capital would remain one that belongs to all Nigerians, where no hateful tribe can claim superiority or ownership. |
But their Emilokan preferred to gallivant to Imo to do jamboree with his fellow rigger and HOPEless crook. We have no idea how much of a shithole this place has become in the last 9 years. |
To be honest, these abokki elements are a menace. They're the same elements who steal manhole covers, rob pedestrians and unfortunate drivers in dark corners all over Abuja, and of late, they're the same ones perpetrating industrial scale robberies and kidnappings all over the FCT. Of course they will target street lights because they thrive under cover of darkness. As terrible as this thing they call Tinubu is, I somewhat felt that the only benefit that his presidency would bring (compared to the equally useless Buhari he succeeded) was that he wouldn't have any ethnic sentimental hindrances in flushing out these bastards from the greater FCT at least. But here we are. They're even more brazen now than was the case under their brother Buhari. The country is depressing. And our Abuja that was once some sort of oasis of consolation and sanity is now completely gone to the dogs. |
Including Eazi and Skibii is a tad unreasonable. They've both had good runs. And Skibii is still fully in the picture, while Eazi is Eazily one of the richest and most successful music executives doing big things in the entertainment/tech hybrid space. |
Rolings:Lol. I can see you're one of these senseless and incompetent security agents. Likely a soldier. All brawn, huff and puff. But bereft of sense. You said people are kidnapped daily, even in America. And I challenged you to provide evidence that people are randomly kidnapped for ransom daily in America, as is the case in Nigeria. Rather than provide such proof, you resorted to meaningless hubris. Misfits like you and ilk is the reason why Nigeria would remain a shithole. Numskull. |
Rolings:Show me your own data for how many people are routinely kidnapped for ransom in America. I'm not talking about serial killers or whatever abducting teenage girls. Tell us how gangs kidnap random people for ransom daily and how people pay such ransoms, daily, in America. This is annoying. Stop it. |
Rolings:Just the kind of empty response I was expecting. Some of you unfortunate people, especially incompetent. security agents or others affiliated with public office, like to throw stupid/misleading/outrightly false parallels with sane climes to justify nonsense in order to deceive or misinform u enlightened Nigerians. Shame.
|
Rolings:Interesting. Tell us what you know about 'daily' kidnapping for ransom in America. |
Curious345:How did you know this? |
It's sad to see. Honestly. The current generation of Nigerian soldiers is a disgrace. |
Yoruba IGP, Yoruba spokesman, Yoruba this, Yoruba that. This kind of nonsense in a multi ethnic and highly diverse country like Nigeria with complex faultlines and sensitivities can only breed incompetence, discontent, and systemic collapse. Surely there must be a Benue or Calabar or Urhobo or Jos man who is a fine, competent gentleman and can do the difficult work of Police PRO far better than this useless idiot. I hate this rubbish country more with each passing day. |
SalamRushdie:Not possible. Do you know how many A and B listers perform at these events? |
laivwire:This is where the 'magic' happened. Fake valuations on the back of fake) sweetheart deals. Afrexim and the Nigerian government overpricing the stakes bought in Geregu. This guy is notorious for these kinds of things. Dangy already did something similar with NNPC's 'investment' in his refinery. Forget the property portfolio. Femi doesn't own any skyscrapers in Monaco. |
Hopium:I don't suffer fools gladly. But just to point out that several Nigerians have far greater "quality Nigerian stock" holdings in the stock market than Femi, but they are not in the Forbes list, why? Both Tony and Jim have greater holdings in the stock market (via holding coys and subsidiaries), and Jim has a substantially greater collection of valuable real estate holdings... Not to mention a more consistent cash cow business, than Femi, so tell us another story. Regardless, no further replies form me. |
I'm not convinced. There's something fishy going on with this Forbes valuation. Geregu is nowhere near sufficient to propel this guy to a $1bn net worth. Don't bother to mention the so-called FBN and Zenith Bank shares or so called property portfolio. He can't possibly be as rich as Jim Ovia, for instance - who isn't in the list. |
Is it not only literate southerners on the social media that know about this so called mantra? What can these lazy, hibernated, 'cruise' minded,' dey play' jesters do? Nothing. Wake me up when the mantra becomes a thing in the minds and mouths of illiterate, poverty ravaged Northern youths who don't know what the Internet is. |
Entprys:Underrating them would do you far worse. |
Jokers. What goes into the private pockets of the NCS personnel via corrupt practices would be at least thrice the declared paltry N3.2trn annual revenue. Another thrice the revenue is lost to incompetence, wilful negligence, and sabotage. So there you go. |
I guess it was a Lexus SUV you were driving right? Likely Rx 350 or 330? I think these cars are in high demand, hence they were out to steal the car. |
He was one of the earliest to join the train of corruption and underhand dealings that brought the so-called bat to power. |
Poison should always be rejected. |
