Buhari have seen the negative sides of having an old person as a president hence he does not want Tinubu to get in there for Nigeria and Nigerians sake.

it's not about vote buying for us, those that'll buy vote have already changed the money to new ones anyway, banks networks are not stable for over a week, many can't transfer, many deposits didn't drop , u have no access to cash, even some public hospitals demand for cash which is unavailable to the commoners. No matter how good a policy , u need to consider the pros and cons, they could have easily cancelled 500 and 1000 naira note forever, but mopping old notes while not printing enough new ones is brainlessness, even countries with stable banking network still make cash available for customers.
