You're like the 4th person I know who did biometrics between 1st and 4th and is stuck in dmc. I'm in the same shoes right now. Did my bio on the 4th. I believe you should have reached 15 working days now since I have reached 15 working days on Friday too. I also sent them a mail on Friday and got the same mail you got.

I'm trying to fill for my wife's visa(dependant) and on getting to the end of the UKVI I click on to pay for her ihs fee.. but to my greatest surprise the amount is 0 USD.... What may have been the cause ?

I haven't proceed the application after seeing that cuz I assumed there is a problem somewhere.

What might have been the cause ?


Can I proceed to pay her visa fee ?

Hope there won't be problem afterwards


What's the way out

Or.. should I start the application all over again?










I complaind about that issue last week and I later went along paying for only visa fee for my dependant.

My wife went for her biometrics this Tuesday and that same Tuesday it was transferred to DMC.

She woke up this morning to see a mail from DHL and on getting to TLS site to track her progress, it's already transferred to VAC

What might be that cause ??

Hope no issue

Moreover... IHS fee hasn't been payed yet cuz I was expecting them to send a mail to that effect

No mail from ukvi or whatsoever


Just that she discovered it has been transferred to VAC and She received DHL mail for delivery. That's all

Please house... What might be the cause

Biometrics for MA & dependant: 13th September @ Ikeja tls. We didn’t spend up to 1 hour there. We got the 8:15 and we left 9 am.

Transferred to VAC: 19th September
Collection mail: 19th September
We did everything by ourselves, arranged and carefully put together every document such that there won’t be need to request for more. We fasted and prayed a lot too. My prayer was for God to turn our standard application to “priority” and GOD did it! Please try and fill your application yourself if you are yet to apply. No one can do it better than you!

This was where the fear and anxiety began because dependant did not receive any NSF mail or mail for additional documents.After two weeks,I did a paid mail and paid call and was told still awaiting decision.I did a paid mail again on sept 12 in the evening and I got a generic mail again that it’s still awaiting decision.On sept 13th,I replied to the paid mail and was told a decision has been made.

Please I just got student visa approved. TLS contact sent it to me through DHL. In inside the parcel, I only received my passport with a sticker in one of the pages of passport. Before now , I thought that something like letter should have accompanied the passport to explain more about the condition of the visa given to me. Is only the passport that bears the sticker enough for travel, before getting the brp overthere in uk? Please help
