what I have recently understood of the OP post is that the rumor of fake asset declaration was spread by the Union newspaper owned by Dieziani, correct? Now according to the OP post if I am not mistaken, the brain behind the orchestrated lies is Dieziani, and not the Union newspaper. in the OP second paragraph he does ahead to tell us how according to an external source, how Dieziani established the Union Newspaper.
So now can your retarded brain explain to me how I am supposed to link the rumor of fake asset declaration to the union newspaper, especially since I am not familiar with the news of fake asset declaration.
Next time use your head and encourage good reporting, and not a reporting that assumes that everyone reading the report is already informed.

first things first, are you trying to send from nigeria? if yes, i believe uba offers western union services for sending out of nigeria, and if they don't, google it because i am aware that recently a bank in nigeria partnered with western union and the bank now has access to send out WU from nigeria.
you can also send out WU online from Nigeria but that is only if you have an account with WU which was opened in one of the advanced/developed countries.
