A 17-year-old boy has undergone the world's first penis
reduction surgery, surgeons claim.
The American teen requested the surgery after his penis
grew too large, restricting his ability to have sex or play
competitive sports.
The boy's surgeons were shocked when he came to them
complaining that his penis was too big.
When flaccid, it measured almost seven inches in length and
had a circumference of 10 inches - around the size of a
grapefruit.
Surgeons described it as being shaped like an American
football.
The surgeon who treated the teenager, Rafael Carrion, a
urologist at the University of South Florida, told MailOnline:
'There comes a time in every urologist's career that a
patient makes a request so rare and impossible to
comprehend that all training breaks down and leaves the
physician speechless.

A man was arrested on charges of necrophilia after
breaking into a funeral home to have sex with a dead
woman, police in Georgia said.
Columbus Police said that they have arrested 26-year-old
Domonique Smith, after being accused of breaking into the
funeral home to have sex with the dead woman.
Smith was found in possession of a stolen bicycle, which he
took from the Hill Watson Peoples Funeral Service. A
forensic examination revealed that Smith, who is homeless,
sexually assaulted the dead body.
Smith was found in an empty house with stolen property,
including televisions and weapons.
Smith pleaded guilty to theft, entering an unoccupied
dwelling, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and
theft by receiving stolen property.
He was also charged with necrophilia. Smith was booked
into the Muscogee County Jail, and his bail was set at $
20,000. If convicted of necrophilia, Smith faces up to 10

A police officer (name withheld), with the Kano State Police
Command has allegedly shot dead a 10- year-old girl at
Kwani mani, in Bichi Local Government Area of the state.
The officer also allegedly shot a woman on her cheek and
another in her stomach.
According to an eyewitness, the incidents occured at a place
called Kwani Mani, a well-known police checkpoint in Bichi
Local Government Area of Kano State.
He said Mallam Inusa Imamu Mainasara is a father to a
woman shot in her stomach by the police officer.
The source disclosed that the 10-year-old girl accompanied
relatives for a visit in a small village called Yana and on
their way to Kano on Sunday, the ugly incident occurred.
Mainasara said he saw his daughter, Amira Imamu, on
Tuesday, at the Murtala Muhammad Hospital, Kano with her
intestines out, while medical personnel at the hospital were
battling to save her life.
According to him, his daughter was unlucky to be the victim
of the heinous act committed by the police officer, because
“if not for her persistence to be part of the visiting team,
she would not have been a victim.”
“It was ironical that the police officer who was suppose to
have protected human beings was the one killing people,” he
said.
Mallam Mustapha Falalu, said to be a close associate of
Mallam Sagiru, husband to the woman shot on her cheek,
said his family left Yana, in Chiranchi Local Government
Area of Katsina to Kano on that fateful Sunday.
“My friend’s wife, among other wives and children boarded
a car and having come across police checkpoint at Kwanar
Mani, they were asked to park.
“To their dismay, they only heard a gunshots and bullets
hitting some of them inside the vehicle,” he narrated.
Falalu further stated that after the police shooting, the
police officer who fired the shot retired back into their patrol
vehicle and watched the victims groan in pains.
The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP
Magaji Musa Majiya, confirmed the incident. He said the
incident occurred at a checkpoint.
The vehicle, when ordered to stop for check, refused.
However, the policeman shot and a girl lost her life in the
process. Two other people who sustained injuries were
taken to hospital by the police, while the police officer was
disarmed and put inside cell.
Investigations continue into the matter, as the police
sympathised with affected families.

A baby girl with a rare, mysterious medical condition was
found to be ‘pregnant’ with twins when born.
The girl, born to Chinese mainland parents in Queen
Elizabeth Hospital Hong Kong, had to undergo surgery at
just three weeks old to remove them.
The foetuses, 8 to 10 weeks gestated, had legs, arms, a
spine, rib cage and intestines.
Both were also covered in skin one weighed 14.2 grammes
and the other 9.3 grammes – and each had an umbilical
cord.
The surgery was successful and the girl was discharged
from hospital eight days later.
The condition, known as foetus in fetu occurs in just one in
500,000 births in the world and less than 200 cases have
ever been reported.
Doctors are yet to fully understand what causes the
condition.
Dr Yu Kai-man, a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology,
said: ‘It was almost impossible to detect during the prenatal
check-up, as the embryo inside the baby was too small.
‘Since it is impossible for the little girl to have conceived the
pregnancy on her own, the fertilisation of the twin fetuses,
of course, belongs to her parents, which has gone to the
wrong place.’
The birth was reported in the Hong Kong Medical Journal
which suggested it was possibly linked to the mother having
multiple abortions.
