My toyota corolla 2010 automatic started popping out of transmission during motion. Work was done on it before and it stopped but it has started again. The technicians refused to tell me exactly what he did.

But I noticed the acceleration was not smooth like before after it changes from gear 1 to 2. The gear 2 viberates during motion as if you are using a lower gear.

Presently I can only use it when driving slowly on the street but can't speed up with it.
Any attempt to speed up will disengage the gear though it is on Drive. It will be firing without moving.
Good for street but bad for expressway.

What could be the problem?

But people are complaining about transmission problem after 100,000miles. I want to be very sure because what we buy is toks and not brand new.

We eventually found a workshop with vaccum pump. The system was vaccum pumped and recharged with Refrigerant. The technician installed a thermostat with turned the compressor clutch on and off at intervals. I've been cruising the whole town test-driving the job and it's been cooling like a fridge. I pray it endures the test of time.

We changed virtually including all O-rings.

How much did it cost you? I am having the same issue here with my corolla 2010. Replaced with 507 compressor and it's vibrating with loss of power when in heavy use.

I have Corolla 010 which was erroneously bought because the owner has changed the compressor to 507 peugeot. I am currently experiencing vibration and loss of power when I am using the AC especially under heavy use in a hot weather.
The loss of power makes the AC ineffective and I am helpless. I understood your explanations but the technicians in Onitsha can't do a thorough job.
Is there any alternative?

This is a very common issue with especially the SA model, infact the range of Corolla and Camry of the year.

my friend bought a 2010 Corolla very cheap because the previous owner tried and gave up on the AC. The previous owner handed to him 3 working compressors but all would cut out after 20 minutes of cooling. The expansion valve was changed several times. A Peugeot compressor was used but the vibration and loss of power was something else.

The Bold is what I am currently experiencing. How did he resolve that?

Is there any regret in buying MDX 2008. The shape of the vehicle is superb.
Or do I have another alternatives? It's few in number and it kept me wondering.

I saw your response on the other page. Please confirm the arithmetics for Camry 2011 and 2010.

No Chinese ROM. But i think it has to do with my location. It's 4g now outside my area.

Confirmed !!! No more MTN 4G is not compatible with Global or Chinese ROM as long as you v MTN band 3 LTE in ur location.

Give clubkonnect 2nd chance as I did. I v not heard of them until some1 opened dis thread. U can start small and see if dy will impress u. My experience so far is contrary to d negative feedbacks about them on Nairaland and Google Playstore , could it be that dy v improved on their services or just by chance??

How it is working for me?
1. Download their android app. U can use mobile browser too
2. Create your account with your phone number
3. Click on fund ur wallet on d app, enter the amount
4. There are 3 options for payment (flutterwave, ATM and bank transfer). I used bank transfer option for the two top Ups I did successfully so far without issue, no delay, no call or message to their customer service to help with the top up.(ensure u enter ur registered phone number as description or narration of d transfer)
5. Click on notification on d app to notify them after a successful transfer to their First bank account
6. Check back like 5 minutes later u will see dt ur wallet wld v b credited. That is from my experience.
