Now suleiman will know that if you do not stand your ground and remain disciplined like JEGA,politicians like Jona will always use you and then dump you eventually when you refuse to bend to their will Remember how PDP & Jona used the IGP against Mr. Tambuwal, today Tambuwal is the Governor-elect of Sokoto state.....he has been sacked....who is laughing last now ![]() |
ishiamu:Can you youself swear that you are clean |
thunderrider:2 trillion naira is equivalent to 10 billion dollars..now let me ask you...how much did sanusi the former CBN gov say was missing? Now how much was deleted by GEJ from the Excess Crude Account? |
Barcanista i know you are a very sore looser and until you CHANGE your way of thinking, you will continue to be a failure Your favourite president GEJ was in power for 6 years...what did he achieve?...absolutely nothing, now we have a new President -elect,who has not even been sworn in and you are already here fooling yourself with baseless and senseless analysis Where did GEJ get 2 trillion naira that he spent on elections? Where did Stella Oduah get 225 million that she used to buy 2 bullet proof cars? Where did the 20 billion dollars missing from NNPC come from? Where did the 10 billion naira spent by Dieziani Allison Maduekwe on chattered private jet come from? Where did billions of naira embezzled from the pension fund scam come from? Where did billions of naira embezzled from kerosene subsidy scam come from? Where did billions of naira embezzled from petrol subsidy scam come from?...to mention but a few Adams oshiomhole of Edo state complained severally that 400,000 barrels of crude oil are stolen on daily basis...at the price of $50/barrel do u know how much in naira value is stolen on daily basis?...these are monies that are stolen at source,so there won't even be any record at all...then you open your stinking mouth to talk nonsense.....just keep your mouth shut, and your eyes open and see the wind of change pass through Nigeria |
How come the likes of Fashola performed in Lagos, How come Adams Oshiomhole performed in Edo How come Rauf Aregbesola performed in Osun How come Ibikunle Amosun performed in Ogun How come Ajimobi performed in Oyo....were they not all Governors under APC with Tinubu as the leader of the party? You guys keep saying Tinubu is a thief and corrupt, how else do you think he would have been able to defeat PDP without money?, Do you have an idea of how much Jonathan and PDP spent in the last elections?,it is running into billions of naira....and you guys expect Tinubu and APC to have contested with him without money The hope i have in APC is not that they are saints, but in the fact that they have a better record of performance in the APC controlled states than the PDP and the body language of the President-elect does not support corruption unlike Jonathan who lives, swims and dines in corruption |

Fellow Nairalanders,i recently applied for the position of a Banking Operations Officer with First Bank Plc,and i was sent an e-mail to update my profile with some missing information which i promptly did and resubmitted and the receipt of my e-mail was acknowledged. I have first hand information from my coursemate that works with First bank as a core staff, that they will be recruiting a large number of staff because of the current reduction in their workforce/staff strength by a sizeable number of their staff that resigned/retired. Please does anyone else have any information regarding the recruitment or the next stage and how soon it will be? ![]() |
Keep quiet Mr Lion or pussy cat or whatever you call yourself You are just a sore looser and nothing the likes of you say or write will matter....go and lick your wounds of defeat The only way PDP knows to win election is by rigging...it is in their blood, and until they go and have a change of heart and repent, the APC will continue to defeat them |
Good day, Please i want to find out if the hard copies of the ICAN study packs are available now for collection....SFM and CR at the Professional level ![]() |
Good morning! Here are 10 things you need to know this morning: 1. Nigeria’s President-Elect, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), had said in an article published in Tuesday edition of the New York Times that his administration would restore military relationship with the United States of America, also pledging to reform the nation’s military and to tackle the pressing issue of insurgency. 2. Having spent exactly one year in captivity, Nigerians yesterday remembered the abducted schoolgirls from Chibok. Ceremonies marking their abduction held in several states, particularly in Abuja and Lagos. In a procession that held in Abuja, two hundred and nineteen female pupils, representing each of the abducted Chibok schoolgirls took part, demanding their own release. Report says two young men chained themselves for two hours on the 3rd Mainland Bridge, signifying the continuous abduction of the girls. 3. There was celebration in Ado-Ekiti, the capital of Ekiti state yesterday after the Supreme Court declared in its judgment that Ayodele Fayose was the winner and the duly elected governor of Ekiti State in the June 21, 2014 election. Following a unanimous decision by the seven-man panel led by Justice John Fabiyi, the apex court ruled in line with the earlier decisions of the Court of Appeal and the Ekiti State Governorship Election Tribunal, noting that the petition challenging Fayose’s victory was lacking in merit. 4. Nigeria’s Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, has denied seeking asylum in any part of the world, as held by a section of the media. Speaking through the Group Public Affairs General Manager of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Mr. Ohi Alegbe, the Minister said she never contemplated relocating from Nigeria. 5. The National Security Adviser (NSA) retired Col. Sambo Dasuki has assured Nigerians that the military will do its best to raid the Sambisa forest, the stronghold of the Boko and completely eliminate the Boko Haram insurgents from the north before May 29. He also said that efforts were being made to rescue the abducted Chibok schoolgirls. 6. Lagos State government has debunked the reports of new cases of the Ebola Virus Disease in the state. At a press conference jointly held by the Commissioners of Health, Information and Strategy and Special Duties in Lagos, Nigerians were advised to disregard the rumour claiming that three Liberian returnees died of the disease and infected 12 others. The said website that allegedly started the rumour has been shut down, even as investigation into the origin of the rumour continues. 7. The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has again re-assured soccer fans that Coach Stephen Keshi will this Friday sign a fresh contract for the Super Eagles role. The General Secretary of the federation, Dr. Sanusi Mohammed disclosed this in Abuja on Tuesday. 8. Human rights group, Amnesty International, has in its assessment of Boko Haram activities revealed that the insurgents have abducted at least, 2,000 women and girls since the inception of 2014. The assessment however revealed that fifty of the abducted Chibok girls were sighted in Gwoza, three weeks ago. 9. Motorists in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja are facing yet another phase of fuel scarcity as long queues have resurfaced in most filling stations in the city. A litre of the product now goes for N250 in the black market. DSTV rubbishes court order, implements 20 per cent subscription hike; CPC, Nigerians kick 10. A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Walid Jibrin, has affirmed that President Goodluck Jonathan did well by saving Nigeria from bloodshed after he conceded defeat to Gen. Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He called on other politicians to emulate the President. He was speaking to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in his country home of Nasarawa, yesterday |
Good day Nairalanders, Going by recent events/ongoing release of results by the INEC for the 2015 elections, what party system would you say is ideal for Nigeria?,bearing in mind that since the APC has won the presidential elections held on March 28th 2015,there has been a gale of defections accross the country from the PDP to the APC viz a viz the fact that democracy really thrives when there is a strong opposition party to put the ruling/governing party in check. My greatest fear is that if the current trend continues, then there will be no opposition to the APC and that may eventually make the APC to become another PDP It is pertinent to note that there were 14 parties that participated in the presidential elections,so why not the 12 other parties form an alliance or betterstill merge so that we can have 3 strong and viable political parties that will be able to check each others excesses, and i believe that will be very good for Nigeria |
Skillbobralph:Keep quiet my friend.....Jonathan and PDP brought 3 billion naira for March 28th presidential elections in Edo state....voters who voted for PDP were given 5,000 each |
[quote author=meforyou1 post=32646512]We will not accept this rubbish INEC and okorocha are doing in imo. Controversy where ever PDP wins, but always quick to announce all the white lies about where they say APC win[/quote Keep quiet Mr man...you just heard that the total votes cast is more than the ballot papers issued to the local govt area...is that not enough evidence of rigging?...the art of rigging is in PDP's blood |
Whizzcute:This is a very sad development,it just goes to show that the PDP is trying to play a smart one on the APC to rig the election...how is that even possible...I think the right thing to do is to cancel the entire local government election and move on |
I hope Rochas wins this election because that will be the shinning light for the south East to be recovered from the hands of the PDP |

I can already smell a civil war brewing |
Our Nigerian prospective undergraduates are currently sitting for JAMB UTME across the country and for the first time in it's history JAMB is conducting computer based testing. From first hand information i got from my inlaw who sat for her own exam on monday, each student was authenticated before they were allowed into the exam hall to take the exam and also after they were through with the exam, she said their finger prints were scanned to verify/authenticate that they were the real students and she had to try her finger print 5 times before the biometric scanner was able to read her finger prints and she was allowed to sit for the exam...and according to her,it was virtually impossible to impersonate/cheat during the exam, and barely 24 hours after she sat for the exam her result has been sent to her mobile phone...this has improved upon the integrity and credibility of JAMB results. Now my point is,this is the first time that JAMB has had to conduct computer based testing, and required biometric capturing of picture and finger prints for registration by the students and though there were obvious challenges like internet connectivity in some centres and states, repeated trials before finger prints could be read by the biometric scanners e.t.c,we are now seeing that the overall benefits by far outweighs the problems...JAMB did not have to test run the technology by conducting the exam in one local government or state before using it for the whole country.....so i do not understand why some political parties are against the use of the INEC card readers saying it should be test run by using it in a local govt or bye election first before the presidential elections...it just shows that their one and only plan was to rig elections by cloning/stealing/buying pvc's and INEC by deploring the use of card readers have made all those plans useless...so no card readers,no elections...we want credible elections, and the card readers will add credibility to our election results and moreover whatever challenges arises will affect all the political parties involved equally and can then be improved upon in future elections. |
I nor just understand all dis kind back pass oooooooo |
maestroferddi:Is this not the same Jega that conducted the 2011 elections that brought GEJ to power?...or because by introducing the card readers now has made it extremely difficult to rig elections, that is why the APC has warmed up to Jega, and the same reason why the PDP is now apprehensive |
Van gaal..Mr balance...abeg na win we want this night oooooo ![]() |
