In Ebute Metta, a rustic suburb in Lagos State, we've been experiencing at least 12-14 hours

Once you are a citizen of Nigeria, you are indigene of any state where you live. Those who are shouting One Nigeria up and down should be educated on the implication of being One Nigeria. It means the man who was born and raised in Sokoto, Borno, Enugu or Abakaliki is an indigene of Lagos as long as he lives in Lagos. He has equal rights with the Oba of Lagos and will be protected by the constitution against any form of discrimination on the basis of his religion or tribe.
