There’s something about ISRAEL that makes people uncomfortable, and it’s not what they say it is.

They’ll point to politics, settlements, borders, and wars. But scratch beneath the outrage, and you’ll find something deeper. A discomfort not with what ISRAEL does, but with what ISRAEL is.

A nation this small should not be this STRONG. Period.

ISRAEL has no oil. No special natural resources. A population barely the size of a mid-sized American city.
They are surrounded by enemies.
Hated in the United Nations.
Targeted by terror.
Condemned by celebrities.
Boycotted, slandered, and attacked.

And still, they thrive like there’s no tomorrow.
In military. In medicine. In security. In technology. In agriculture. In intelligence. In morality. In sheer, unbreakable will.
They turn desert into farmland.
They make water from air.
They intercept rockets in mid-air.
They rescue hostages under the nose of the world’s worst regimes.
They survive wars that were supposed to wipe them out, and win.

The world watches this and can’t make sense of it.
So they do what people do when they witness strength they can’t understand.
They assume it must be cheating.
It must be American aid.
It must be foreign lobbying.
It must be oppression.
It must be theft.
It must be some dark trick that gave the Jews this kind of power.
It must be blackmail.
Because heaven forbid it’s something else.
Heaven forbid it’s real.
Heaven forbid it’s earned.
Or worse, destined.

There's nothing anyone can do about it.
It's natural.
The topography of that location makes it almost impossible to avoid flooding.
The Ogun River empties into the Lekki lagoons and estuaries..
The natural flood paths have been blocked by sabdfilling and erection of buildings on natural canals.
The area itself is less than a metre above sea level coupled with the raised water table in that area since run off water can't be quickly evacuated from the surface..what you have is massive flood in less than an hour of torrential rainfall.
The whole Lagos Island, VI, Lekki was once a marshy region.
Nature is just claiming the land back one step at a time.
Dykes and pumps can't work cos the problem isn't simply the land is lower than the sea like in the case of Holland. They are keeping water out..whereas Lekki is a natural pathway for water emptying from the hinterlands.

Carter bridge was built in the early 1900s.
Back then. It was the only way to access the island conveniently except you wanted to be ferried across at Iddo. It was named after the governor of Lagos.

No Federal Agency wants to lose control of it's database and feel extremely reluctant to share info with sister agencies..
That's why we have a plethora of databases all across the country.
Every bloody agency wants to have its own database, duplicating the process several times over on the populace with attendant costs.

CBN has theirs
FIRS has theirs

Every Tom Dick and Harry wants to run it's own private database instead of loading onto a singular point and share access to all government. Running multiple databases is very expensive, time consuming and extremely ineffective and inefficient.
That's why when NIMC server goes down.. anything relating to NIN processing/validation falls apart.
