There are some technicalities that are never mentioned in your write up. its best not to register NPOWER yourself butseek experts like me for your registration. i own a cybercafe and i followe NPOWER FROM the first Batch A and B, . all batch A applicants were selected but during batch B ,IT WAS MORE technical. now we have batch C very close. it will be tough. because you have lots of aareness have been created.
