Walk around your neighborhood at least 30 mins a day. Take less soda. Dont eat alot of eba, pounded yam, amala etc. Dont be hard on your self. Do not lose weight cos of some man, do it if you do not like the way you look. If you like your size, look for someone that loves you for you

@bolded I beg to differ, I've had 3 children , had 2 miscarriages before my kids so practically I've had 5 pregnancies in total in my life and I work full time and very involved in my kids lives, I don't have a maid either.
I work out 2 hrs a day ( okay I skip some days once in a while)and I play basketball and I've had few touch ups here and there to keep my looks on point.
