As for me. Position c is not even okay for sitting cos of the door opening directly to it from d balcony. I will advice you to place your tv on the wall in between window and door from the balcony. Note dat position B is quite perfect for d sitting arrangement. Also u cannot place your tv in position.A cos of the rays of light coming fromthe two opposite direction. So i suggest A and B for sitting. Then place your tv on the wall between window and door. My opinion.

hillarious design indeed!. Not connection or link between kitchen and dining. Open visitors toilet direct to the living room, (who does that?). Most irritating look at those after-thought terraces/balconies. Abeg op get another design so that you can get the value for ur money oh

In the plan, I have placed the guest toilet by the front entrance outside from the living room. The concept was copied from a friend’s rented apartment and I like it.

I am aware there might be some design requirements that I am not aware of yet, but I am definitely open to my architects (or any other experienced person’s) suggestion.

it is called visitor's toilet (vt.) We have guest room with its toilet seperately.
Try and indicate your cantiliver lines on the ground floor plan.

in all its a wonderful job.

The steps should be written as well I mean
Something like this,
Laying of foundation --------the amount should be placed
Then raising of foundation ------ the amount also she be placed here
Just like that, till roofing stage, if I find your work good I'll definitely give you a call and use you to work on building.
