There might have been an advanced civilization thousands of years ago and maybe there was an apocalypse and man had to start afresh again.

Look, I have no sister whose youngest boy only turned 3 barely 2 months ago. He still kisses his mom on the lips - all 3 of her sons still kiss her on the lips, and the oldest is about 8 years of age. The 3-year old toddler, even when he was 2 didn't go about kissing the lips of strangers, not even his grandmother's lips, let alone the lips of others in the extended family. He strictly does it why his dad and and mum, to this day.

If you feel your child is a kid that goes around kissing strangers on the lips, then you should probably keep your child away from strangers. Ask the maid if you don't know what your child in fact does, and help keep your child safe from strangers until it is better able to learn who to kiss and who is a No No
