Fasting is a means by which we learn t discipline ourselves and also put our body under, we can't keep living for our body as Christians. There are times when we must stay away from food, TV and other things so as to make room to be with God.

Fasting helps us seek opportunities to devote more time to God either to study God's word or in prayers. There are billions of things that can distracts us here on earth and it could seem as if we have been doing something

Sometimes, someone could be like, "in thoughts", what have I done today lol and seriously, they can't actually say this is what I actually did, and those times could have been debited to meditating on God's word. Even if one is having the busiest day, one can still squeeze time out to be with the Creator. At least, two hour a day with God, just standing there and it could be any time of the day but at least two hours with God is not too bad. You can say no to something so as to spend more time with God

Alright, how can a Christian live a righteous life in a wicked world

Apostle Arome Osayi once said the devil attacks when we are less active, and sorry to say this, if you are a Christian, you must cultivate the habit of waking up to pray at midnight, it is a must for every Christians. Every man is tempted because they are drawn away of their own lust, the devil sows that thought(sinful thoughts or desire), but the real temptation is, accepting the thought and playing along with the thought. Thoughts would keep coming, but controlling them is what makes the difference

So we must learn to know what goes into our heart, cause from the heart a lot of decisions emanates. The mind/thoughts could be all that matters

Keep rebuking until the burden leaves, you can't over rebuke, but you might under rebuke, there are some thoughts or feelings of weakness that might require repeated rebuking, mixed with a life of prayers

Never allow any dirty thoughts into your mind. No matter how little or insignificant they may appear. Rebuke them by speaking God word. You must confess it with your mouth not with your heart only. Rebuke dirty and sinful thoughts by declaring with the mouth.

You can say I bind you in Jesus name, you must bind every single thoughts. You must keep binding and rebuking and flee from every appearance that steer unnecessary emotions. But everything begins from the mind and secondarily, fleeing scenes and staying away from anything that steer dirty emotions.

Jesus Christ came to restore us back to the pr-ecursed state, sure, but He came to do more than that.

Adam was told not to eat of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil( Truth ) and he also didn't eat of the Tree of Life( Eternal Life ), all of this what Sons of God possess. After God cursed Adam, we, including Adam, lost that chance at becoming Sons of God.

Jesus Christ, the one who is God's Truth , and Eternal Life, came to redeem us from the curse to return us back to the state lost to us by Adam, but He also comes to give us back that chance at becoming Sons of God that Adam's disobedience deprived us all of.

Adam by supernatural means, could give names to many animals that were created and the name Adam gave the creature were their names. Adam could see despite he was asleep, but here Adam is saying my eyes are opened, and he realized he was not dressed also. Same goes for Eve too. If it were Adam alone, we would have said, it was peculiar to Adam but same was seen in Eve also
