In the history of Nigerian elections no case is more clear cut than this one. I am aware of ikpeazu’s legal record but just like most ibos when it comes to tribe they make fools of themselves. Unfortunately Ikpeazu has allowed tribal sentiment to allow him to engage in a case that will smash his previously stellar track record. A lawyer cannot be sentimental, once you are driven by sentiment you lose the ability to think right.

So my response to you is if you are not daft, you would know that because you have not lost a case does not mean you will not lose your next case. Also has he really never lost a case? A lot of these urban myths are nothing but lies. I don’t know how you can be a lawyer for so long and not lose a case. It is impossible.

In the realm of academia, Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma, driven by ambition and financial need, fell prey to the allure of fraudulent means. Falsifying her JAMB result, she hoped to secure grants from individuals and corporate bodies.

Unfortunately, she was caught in the web of her own deceit when the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) uncovered the result-padding scheme. Mmesoma's 2023 UTME result was withdrawn, and she was banned from future examinations. The case was then handed over to the security agencies for further action.

However, the reaction on social media to Mmesoma's case was swift and misguided. Many individuals, without having all the facts, immediately attributed the incident to ethnic cleansing, solely based on her state of origin, Anambra.

Moreover, a concerning trend has emerged where people link every misfortune or wrongdoing to the President or political figures they oppose. In the case of Mmesoma, some individuals took this opportunity to cast blame on the ruling party and its leaders.

This habit of associating any negative event with the President or politicians not only lacks evidence but also undermines the integrity of our institutions and perpetuates a culture of scapegoating.

The danger of linking every wrongdoing or misfortune to the President lies in the erosion of trust, credibility, and accountability. By hastily connecting unrelated events, we cloud the real issues at hand and hinder genuine progress.

It is essential to separate individual actions from political affiliations and recognize that accountability lies with the responsible parties, not the President as a whole.

Critical thinking and evidence-based judgment should be the guiding principles when evaluating situations. It is vital to examine each case on its own merits, avoiding the temptation to rush to conclusions based on personal biases or incomplete information.

Waiting for all the facts to emerge and allowing due process to take its course ensures fairness and avoids the harmful effects of misinformation.

All they talked about was irev but the Supreme Court said only a few months ago irev is irrelevant. Bringing boxes to court and. It saying anything about the contents of the boxes or how it affects your case means nothing….it’s just a show!

1. If your party agent is compromised, that is not anyone’s responsibility but you.
2. Irev simply displays what was signed at the polling booth in the presence of voters and party agents.
3. Every party agent. has a copy
4. If the result on irev is different from the results on the EC8 an original copy of which was given to you at the polling booth then bring out your EC8 form, a copy of which you have…that is what the law says.

I repeat. Supreme Court judgement….The law does not recognize irev as a basis for collation of results. What all party agents signed at the polling booth in he presence of voters is what the law recognizes. If you truly won the elections, you will be presenting EC8 forms, your lawyers are not stupid. They are. It because they have collated the EC 8 forms in their possession and realized they lost so they are trying to discredit INEc and whip up public sentiment.

If you really won an election would you not be trying to present the actual polling unit results instead of this man has no certificate, this man was not duly nominated, irev this, blah blah. In all the testimony obi presented, when did he actually tender a result that differs from what their own party agents have in their EC8 forms?
