If PO thinks that he can be declared winner of the presidential election, he should think again. In a worst case scenario, the election will be cancelled but can the tribunal take that risks? There is no vacuum in Governance. Will they be willing to put the country in state of uncertainty? If PBAT is sacked with his team, who will run things in the interim? Obi keeps wasting his time on iREV when a Supreme Court judgment has already pronounced that as useless. BVAS, form EC8A and voters register are the validly acceptable evidence of over-voting or rigging. It is obvious Obi has no strong evidence in that direction. I wait to see what the mathematician will say tomorrow.

Since they tendered 18k blurred results from IREV, I was expecting them to also tender clean copies of the exact 18k results obtained from LP agents showing Peter Obi won in the affected polling units and INEC declared different results.

So you see, this again proves absolutely nothing. INEC will simply produce clean copies of the blurred ones and that’s it. The blurry results were as a result of poor BVAS camera or incompetence of the polling officers who took the pictures. Again, election only requires substantial compliance with INEC guidelines to be valid and not 100% compliance. Any none compliance with INEC guidelines will not render the election result invalid in as much as it doesn’t substantially affect the result.

Fortunately, Obi is going to proof that it affected the overall results according to the real results inec is rejecting.The professor of mathematics is already a witness for the calculations
