I recently went home to check on my parents. It happens that our lastborn who is in a boarding school also was around for a week break they were given at school.

On one of the evenings as I was talking to her and her dreams and aspirations this 16 old girl told me she wanted to become a Feminist. I was shocked but remained calm and gently asked her what she meant by being a Feminist.
She told me that by that she aims to become an advocate of women's right. She started narrating how men are domesticating women and whole lots.
I was marvelled at her passion and zeal and how convincing she was .
Deep down I knew that I have a problem to solve and I needs pragmatic steps in order not to cause more harms.

Scientists have recorded the first known case of a “virgin birth” in a female crocodile that had no contact with males for about 16 years.The reptile was able to produce a fully formed foetus that was 99.9% genetically identical to her.

The researchers said this discovery, reported in the journal Biology Letters, provides “tantalizing insights”, suggesting its evolutionary ancestors such as the dinosaurs may also have been capable of self-reproduction. Also known as facultative parthenogenesis, virgin birth has been documented in species of birds, fish, lizards, and snakes, but never before in crocodiles. It is the process by which an egg develops into an embryo without fertilization by sperm.

The American crocodile (Crocodylus acutus) was taken into captivity in 2002 when she was two years old and placed in an enclosure in Costa Rica. She remained there alone for the next 16 years.
In January 2018, zookeepers discovered a clutch of 14 eggs in the enclosure. These eggs did not hatch but one contained a fully formed foetus.
Genetic analysis of the tissues from the foetus’s heart and from the mother’s shed skin revealed a 99.9% match – confirming the offspring had no father.
Facultative parthenogenesis is rare but is thought to occur when a species faces challenging or unfavourable conditions, such as environmental stress or lack of mates.

On Monday 9th of May 2022 Ikenna Stanley Aduba also known as 2MIN IME engaged the services of Chukwufunaya Victor Ikems also known as Nayaeffectz to edit and produce the music video of his song titled "SHAKE IT" The parties agreed that the Claimant @2min_ime should pay the sum of #2,500,000 as the entire production cost for the music video.

Nayaeffectz further agreed with 2min Ime that the finished music video shall be ready and delivered to him within 14 days from the date of shooting the video.

@2min_ime paid in two installments #2,000,000 into the UBA bank account no. 1023370268 belonging to @nayaeffectz and #500,000 into Kuda microfinance bank account no. 2024419347 belonging to Olawoyin Olawale Usman “Nayaeffectz's Manager” on the 25th of May 2022.

On Sunday the 5th day of June 2022 within the hours of 8pm - 2am, @2min_ime music's video was shot by Nayaeffectz at Peninsula Resort in Abraham Adesanya Estate Lagos State.

The two weeks referred in the above paragraph lapsed on the 19th of June and to the utter shock of @2min_ime, the video was not delivered.

After several failed attempts to get in touch with Nayaeffectz and his Manager @2min_ime not being comfortable with the actions of @nayacreativestudios, engaged the services of P.C Obi & Co and a Pre-action notice was delivered at the residence of Nayaeffectz but he refused to acknowledge receipt of same..

@2min_ime avers that himself and his music career have suffered severe hardship, setbacks, disappointments and incurred huge financial losses coupled with unwarranted mental and emotional unrest and distress occasioned by the Defendants flagrant breach of contract.

@2min_ime avers that judgement should be entered in his favor against Nayaeffectz for specific performance of the contract and payment for general damages caused by Nayaeffectz as a result of the deliberate breach of the contract to deliver SHAKE IT video.
