Your MSc GPA is good for a PhD. Unfortunately, your GRE score is not competitive for top schools.
But I think there would be schools willing to accept your GRE score. Moreover, the GRE is just one of the many factors needed to get into graduate school.
But if you can afford to re-write the GRE and do much better, then you would increase your chance of admission and possibly funding.

You need to make adequate research to know what schools would accept your scores. Try using gradecafe.com, or you could rewrite the GRE.

I am interested in undertaking doctoral studies in US or Canada (with possibility of funding) depending on which is most likely considering my profile.

I want to apply for a PhD Environmental engineering or PhD Biological and Agricultural Engineering.

My profile is as follows :

- BEng Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering: 2.52/5.0 (US conv. 2.6/4.0)

- MSc Environmental engineering: 5.3/7.0 (US conv. 3.4/4.0)

- GRE 152 Q, 142 V and 4.0 A

I support the President and his Vice likewise appreciate work being done so far. However, more could be done to tackle insecurity and poverty.

Having read through, I don't who is the legal adviser to Senator Ali Ndume or the APC because they simply do not have the numbers to remove either the Senate President or the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Quoting the following relevant sections of the constitution :

Chapter 5, Part IA, 50 (2C): The President or Deputy President of the Senate or the Speaker or Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives shall vacate his office— if he is removed from office by a resolution of the Senate or of the House of Representatives, as the case may be, by the votes of not less than two-thirds majority of members of that House.


The above is in clear exclusion of:

Chapter 5, Part IA, 56 (2): Except as otherwise provided by this Constitution, the required majority for the purpose of determining any question shall be a simple majority.


So I guess the APC may have to work with a minority direct opposition party occupying both seats in the National Assembly. lolz

For how long?

We need the law of Demand and supply to find the true value of the naira and then work hard in terms of policies and implementation to boost it.

Forex is a scarce commodity, our #lazygovernment need to look at a way to gradually withdrawal totally from intervening unnecessarily in balancing the deficit in the value of the Naira.

Nigeria's policy pales in comparison to that of China for instance, who lower the value of their currency to boost export and discourage imports whereas here, the govt. Simply boost the Naira to aid import of items we ordinarily should produce.

I'd like to point out that having looked keenly at the video, seems the brick wall behind him was inserted using computer software, just like is done by TV news houses.
